Her favorite thing to do when no one is around is to sneak into the cabinets in order to get treats for all of the other kitties. She looks so sweet and loving, and she is when people are around, but there is a little devil in there that just HAS to help out all of the other STARVING kittens.

this little Devil is easily ignored when people are around, basking in the warmest spot where people can see him and letting people fawn over him so long as he doesn't need to move. but as soon as no one is around he hunts down his favorite play thing....rolls of toilet paper. he thinks he's being sneaky too, making sure to be completely out of sight when people return and white paper is all over the tavern, but everyone knows it's him.

Rainstar leads a busy life as a tavern cat and also leader of the clan of strays that live in the surrounding woods. When the tavern is quiet, Rainstar slips outside through an open back door or a window cracked open to let in the breeze, and slips into his second life: guiding the clan as they hunt for food, cleverly evading dangerous wild animals, and negotiating territory disputes with other clans.

When the tavern is quiet Tigra likes to climb into the rafters close to the door to wait for someone new to arrive. She meows very loudly when they open the door to startle them before zipping off.

Morvena spends the quiet hours making rounds of the tavern, ensuring there are no vermin hiding where they shouldn't be.  She does take ample breaks, though, and trains some of the newer arrivals as well.
