How to use the Magistrate's Office

Here at Secundi we believe that art theft and other art and adoptable concerns are a community matter. That's why we have the Magistrate's Office.

If you have a concern about a possible art theft, non-fulfillment, or other issue with an artist or adoptable shop that you feel the community should be aware of, you may post it here. Or, if you prefer to remain anonymous, you may PM everything to one of the Council or Magistrates and they will post it up without your name.

1. Title: When posting a concern, please include in the title of the post the name of the artist or adoptable shop, and a description of the nature of the concern. The title should not include punctuation other than a period (.), unnecessary derogatives, all caps, flames, or other non-informational content.

2. Body: In the body of the post, please include as much detail and evidence as possible. Include dates, examples, links to evidence, screenshots, etc.  Similar to the title, the body should not include all caps, flames, ad-hominem attacks, or other non-informational content.

3. Discussion: Discussion of concern posts is allowed, but the discussion must remain calm, without flaming, ad-hominem attacks, or other content that unnecessarily disrupts the harmony of the community.

4. Accusations in this forum are serious and reputation damaging, so people who post accusations without good evidence will face consequences; possibly including bad feedback, banning, or other punishments.

5. We do not guarantee that action will be taken against an accused party. We will view the evidence in the concern thread and act, as we deem appropriate. Whether we act or not, the evidence will remain and individual members of the community can decide whether to patronize that party or not.

Reality is only for those who lack imagination.
