This diary journal is property of Skyblaze. Do not touch upon pain of being force-fed three pounds of seaweed.

I just got this journal today. Yes, I know it says it's a diary, but what respectable stallion would be caught dead with a diary? A journal is bad enough, but my owner SeaCrest says it is a good practice for me. Anyway, I'm really busy right now. So, I'll write more later. Chiao!

Later
Okay, I am back. The library is closed, so that is a no-go, and I have absolutely nothing to do. Earlier today I met two other mares while I was out and about, Nanu and 'Miss' Rashida. Of course, 'Miss' Rashida is very snippy and does not seem to like strangers, while Nanu is very friendly. I have no clue whatsoever as to how they became friends. Anyway, I was flying over the forest and became very thirsty. When I landed to drink, 'Miss' Rashida demanded to know why I was invading, as she put it, their 'regular hangout.' Of course, I just had to find a good, clear pond with a bossy, infuriating mare in the vicinity!

I met Nanu then, who apologized for 'Miss' Rashida's rudeness. I soon flew away, but they followed me. Why, I have no idea, since 'Miss' Rashida clearly did not want to know me and she seemed like the dominant of the two. I offered them seaweed and they were about to try some when we heard a frightful noise outside. I, of course, went outside to investigate. What if it ate all my garden? Nanu told 'Miss' Rashida that it wasn't all too bright, but I paid no heed. After all, I was the one with wings. And what do I find? A ravenous, meat-eating raptor larger than my whole house!

Now, I was flying over its head when it tried to bite me. Thanks to my superior flying skills, it only caught the tip of my tail. Oh, dear, I must go. I shall write more tomorrow. SeaCrest was right! This is actually quite entertaining and it helps me make sense of what I have seen during the day.
