*Octopuss* Permanent CYO thread

The Octopuss was created after Solistia watched a documentary on Octopi while house-sitting for her Mom, she just started doodling some cute little creatures, based on the style of cute japanese food artwork. One sketch turned into 2, turned into 6, turned into 3 more species of combining all known existing cephalopods (4) and felines.

Because Octopuss staff (currently only PM) can't produce nearly enough Cephalines to please everyone, Solistia has taken the initiative to offer a Permanent Color Your Own Octopuss. Permanent meaning it will always be open, not just during Intros, but into Generals as well.

This pose was created specifically to be used for endless CYOs, provided you adhere to a few rules.

Rules:
1. You may only have one free CYO. All other CYOs will require a 5K SG fee.
(SG must be sent to PonyMama before certing can happen, and funds must say CYO)
2. You may only color one CYO per 7-day week, whether for you or a friend (I will try and keep track of this publically but have nto foudn a good way yet).
3. No line art edits. You may only color the Octopuss, not add any new appendages or items to them.
4. You agree by downloading this PSD file that you will not fraudulently use this template, and will only have it for "personal-use" to turn in CYOs.
5. You must submit either a transparent PNG image or the colored PSD to be certed.
