Quinsta ??

I am really new to the game and I am totally stuck, I would like to breed Quinsta but I can't seem to by any!! Please help, I managed to search for some and place bids, the money left my account but still no Quinsta

Quinsta isn't very active right now. What happens is Silvanon, the person who runs and colors them, posts a breeding thread in the forums here, where people then submit forms and etc. Around that time you can usually claim foals from people, since people almost always breed more than they can keep. However, Silv has been busy lately and I haven't heard from her much.
