I'm sorry if I bother people by asking questions. But, I'd just like to say, just because this site might be easy for some people to figure out, doesn't mean it's easy for everyone. We're not all the same.

I've been, unavoidably, offline for the last 3 weeks and have just today gotten back online to be told I've lost my Quinsta babies...some I paid real money to get.

I'm very perturbed. I hope I'm in error or have been given incorrect information...but at this precise moment I'm very put out with this whole site and situation.

I've been going through alot of stuff the last few weeks and I'm really upset that the few outlets I have to help me through the day are causing me more grief.

I'm sorry if the information i gave you upset you, i was just trying to help you understand the reason you didn't have the foal. I have no problem with you asking questions, i only said that you should read the information guide since that would be much easier than me trying to explain since i might miss something.

I'm sorry you missed the time available to get Quin foals. Sometimes real life emergencies are unavoidable, and they have to come before any internet games. Next time, if you know ahead of time that you are going to be away for a long period of time, let us know first so you can make arrangements for any events or games you're playing on here.

When you say you lost quin I am assuming you ment foals, but im unsure what you paid Real money for?

There have been many wonderful people trying to help you on here.  if you missed out on foal claiming due to life things then you did what was important and a pixel horse is not worth the extra stress.
Another season will be here in a few months

the only thing I could suggest is ask in a public forum (please read what each forum is for) and ask your questions.  People will help you out

I believe she bought a bonus ticket from Sil for her third foal. Thankfully the bonus ticket will carry over to next season, so you are not out any real life money, Sarah.
