Kennel Breedings

I was wondering at what time is it okay for us to turn them in. I see people talking about turning in "next months breedings" but when you go to the account it says breedings closed. Is this something thats been in affect for awhile or do i just need to watch for it to be open?

in threads there is slots for breedings, so as long as there is a slot open and they are accepting them in thread then you turn one into the thread.

and youa re only allowed oen per month, so if you still have puppies in your account that you bred you may not put in for a new breeding.
