My distraction (phobia warning-snake)

As I am trying to get genetics coded and images uploaded and plan events, my snake, who has only tried to escape his cage once in the last 6+ years, had decided that I am not allowed to ignore him today.

That is an 80 gallon tank he is on, he is over 5 foot.

O.o Escaping is probably not what you want, but I admire the snake. So pretty ^^

Thank you YourLoveOnly, he's been my boy for a while now, 2nd oldest pet I have.

He is a ball python. Very sweet and very smart. That tank is next to my bed. I woke this morning with him staring me in the face from on top of his tank. "Good morning mommy!"

Aww.. I have heard they make wonderful pets. My mate had a 5 ft 2 California King Snake who used to curl up with me. I love snakes but I doubt I will ever have one, but I do like to admire them
