YAY lost weight ;-p

Okay so i know i havnt been around much, between working out and being staff on another site,guide dog and navy stuff ive been really busy. Well today i have a FRG (family readiness group) with the ship and this is the one before our last one for when the ship comes home.

Well the FRG decided to hold a biggest loser contest and the winner gets 150$ makeover. I had started working out 2 days before i found out about it. So i started at 365. Well today i needed to check it cause its the meeting and the scale they have doesnt go up past 350. Well i didnt need to worry apprently :-p

I hoped to have lost around 15 pounds so i could fit on the scale, and on the manual scale at the gym. yeah i fit. I went this morning and i weigh in at 316!! Ive lost 49 pounds! i have a feeling im going to win the contest and if not, i know i can make it under 300 before hubby gets home. he has NO idea and i cant wait till he gets home and sees! *wiggles a lot*

That's amazing 8D (my mom and I have been watching the Extreme Makeover: Weight-loss Edition, and it's really inspiring to see what these people can do in a year >w< ).

@Soli: Yeah when homecomming comes around im having a professional photographer who actually took that pic and our wedding pics, come out and do it. Shes going to get all the shots of the ship and then me and him seeing each other agian. Im going to be in tears i know it o.o but im ALMOST there. 30% to go

Thank you all hubby was a little preoccupied when i told him lol so i dont know how he really feels. He wont see me though till he comes home though i have no problems telling him how much ive lost.


And all ive done really is eat better and then work out every day for a hour. then this month i kinda took a break from teh working out and just ate better. I still walked a bit when i could but mostly i just ate better and i think that helped my body catch up lol
