Andoullette is the French name for a dish known as Tripe. Tripe is the inner lining of one of the compartment's of a cows stomach. I tried it while in France. Tastes fine, texture is gagworthy.
Rouen is a city along the river Sienne that we stayed in. It has been my favorite French city so far.
Rungis is the 234 hectare wholesale market located outside Paris that I visited today. It was way cool.
Haute Couture was the name of the first bar in France I went to. I had water to drink and left at 8:30. But it was still cool looking.
