I know, I've been here under an hour. But the lack of an ability to view all pets at once is driving my nuts. It should be an option, or if you don't select an agency they should all show.

Go to search . And type in your username where it says "owner name" then all your pets should come up. You can also go to search and choose an agency and press enter and it will show every single agency pet in the agency .
