New adoptable name?

While I decide what to do for Strider'100 I'm waiting on a commission from Wolfie, I'm pretty fond of the art myself ^^'
I'm just struggling to think of a name/concept for them (usually my imagination jumps to it, but not today X3;)
Perhaps something like 'Leogryphs' but that's just really obvious and plain :S

Aww they're little faces remind me of a gyrfalcon! Gyrphons maybe? Or Gyrfons? Some play on griffen and gyrfalcon...
