Please Help :[ running the ShoW horses

Okay so I love my adoptables, do not get me wrong, but what I dont love is the fact that I cant seem to keep one going for snot. I need someone dedicated to an adoptable to help me.

I want to bring the ShoW horses back here, however I want someone that can run events for me. I will be the sole colorist as I'm a very picky person lol.
