Title: Something about a badger.
Post by: Kainukun on April 11, 2014, 10:51:13 PM
This little guy was an idea that was being thrown around in my head for sometime now, and last night he came out in a sketch. A sketch that needs some TLC but first I wanted to get some feed back from the secundi populace on... that's right you guessed it BADGERS!!!

So please do give some feed back, this includes; pointers, tips, and words of encouragement to potentially give this guy a place to feel at home.

   Thanks!  :)

Badgers! I would be into these guys, given my uni's mascot is a badger. XD I'm guessing this boy is a honey badger, what with the fluffy fur on his head (more common badgers have sleeker heads)?

To me, he looks like he is missing a leg, but that might just be me?

Yes, he does seem to be missing a limb X3, [notes to fix that]. Yes he is a honey badger. He looks kinda angry, but aren't honey badgers supposed to be kinda angry? Funny part about him was that he was supposed to be a ferret but came out as a cute little honey badger.

Thank you for the feed back and I will re-upload a full NON missing limb honey badger for people to take a gander at.

    Also.... Badgers.

I really like the concept! However, I think maybe some refinement of the figure would be beneficial, as well as perhaps multiple poses? I like the basics of what you have, though. I want to see more detail in the face. You could get redlines from someone or even collab with someone to get a blend of styles. I can certainly see how you were going for 'ferret' at first, especially in the tail.

The idea is still in the works, all I really do need to do now is like Nako said is to find someone to help me do redlines and maybe find someone to collab with.

Today i will probably be working on some more poses for him and thank you Nako for the tips.
