Pup has not grown

This boy and his siblings were born on February 17, which makes today exactly a month since then and they have yet to be grown. Not sure if there's a glitch? Or if I should wait a couple hours?

According to the Kennel Breedings page http://www.secundi.net/agency_displaylitters.php?ID=2  that litter is due to grow March 18th, or tonight.

Yes thats what i thought to but they were deliverd the 17th that i remember because they were delivered right after my yorkie litter was (like maybe an hour or so) and so i wonder how they were the 18th rather then the 17th
