PG/BP for Quinsta

I have my ancient-as-the-hills account renewed again, so I figured I'd get the old contesting machine back up and running and make an official PI-currency offer for short-lined (1st, 2nd, and possibly 3rd-generation) Quinsta.

I'm not interested in tobiano Vanners at this time (unless perhaps they are proven 1st-generation heterozygous Tt), and I'd prefer Friesians be 1st-generation with neutral to nice personalities, but I'll consider just about anyone. =)

Just as a note, I have more eqivalent BP to spare than PG, but feel free to make requests. I also have USD funds available but probably only enough for one or two special Quinsta.
