Any Java experts out there?

Well, I have a nightmare of a java assignment I need to get done for uni. So? I hear you say, you should be able to cope with it. Well, the problem lies in the fact the first teacher we had taught us java and project management and only really focused on project cos he enjoyed it more >.< Then he went on long term sick (we believe cos we kicked up such a fuss over his lack of teaching us anything even remotely useful!) then he left. Uni then spent the next term trying to find someone to teach us and eventually got one of the other lecturers to do it but too little too late, we had about 5 sessions with him, most of which were 'work through making this and see how you do' which is fine and he was lovely and helpful but its taught us nothing really.

I struggle especially with object oriented coding and im so scared im gonna fail my uni course cos of my java! If anyone knows java pretty well and fancies trying to give me a hand with it, please message me! Im at my wits end with this!
