How and where do you get the spawning locations? I've been looking everywhere to purchase one and I can't find it anywhere. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place? >.>

No wonder. I go there everytime I'm on and I never seem to find any, so I figured they were sold somewhere else. xD

I managed to get two and there were almost 100 when I did then I went to get a third and they were GONE
