Let me grab two posts

First, let me thank everyone who voted for Pecora to become an agency! I am so excited to be able to expand the pecora and making agency status will be the beginning of pecora becoming more active and having more fun.

I know that I still owe some things, from the disney thread and I need to work on the new species, but everything is going to be put on hold until the imports are all done.

How imports will work:
- There are import snowflakes available in the Pecora store, you must have an import ticket for every pecora that you wish to import.
- Pecora will normally be imported in batches, there will be a list of ten people and each person can import up to five pecora in a round. For the first round this will be a little different though.
- Pecora do not have to be imported, but if they are not they cannot be bred during breeding season.
- If you would like the pecora cert to be left on your pecora then I am fine with leaving it on, just left me know, but from this point on, future pecora will not have certs.
- Importing is all on a first come first served basis.
- You must post the completed forms when you are claiming a slot, you cannot "save" a slot and edit the information in.
- Complete a form for each pecora that you want imported.
