I will open the comp on Sunday, as usual.  And I will post when it is open.

Announcement

***Entry fee will be 500 SG per dog***

We will be reinstituting the entry fees this month.  At the moment, the amount per dog has not been decided, but I will post again when we have it figured out.

This also means the prizes for placing in Best in Show will be making a come back as well!

Also, if you know of anyone from PI who was still competing their dogs, since there was no fee, please let them know that fees are coming back, and if they wish to continue competing, they will need to sign up over here (if they are under 13, though, they will still have to wait).  I will be posting this notice on the Kennel forum as well.

other then buying beds and champ packs with shiny points will the option to buy tags come back?  I just don't need the packs and beds right now but always look for more tags

I just checked and everyone has paid their fees, except for two, and I'm not even sure one of them is on Secundi O.o

I will have to check the member list, but if they changed their name, as some people have done, I may never find them XD

I even have one person who paid, but has not entered her dogs... I hope she gets home in time to enter them!

None have been accepted yet, I wanted to see if it would be easier to keep track of this way.  I will accept them when I go to run the comp.  I will wait and see if the two who are currently unpaid show and pay before I run the comp, but it's not a full 20 - 10 dogs for one, 2 for the other, who is a recent member here, though I haven't seen her post.  Maybe she will come play

Same dog can grab each time; since the limit is 3 per owner, it is up to you if you want to use one or several - I believe the system has a limit of 5 per dog, but that shouldn't be an issue XD

Honestly, it might be a habit for someone to go and sign up the dogs every week by not have seen the thread. I did that. I noticed after I signed them up.

But I've been signing up dogs since the kennel left PI like that. Just out of habit, every once in a while I would sign them up.

Back on PI, when the lag was horrible, I would occasionally open a seperate window and try for them if I was running the grab - especially when I was starting the first round for the day and no one was around.  Then I could get the first one, and not feel horrible about it... only did it once or twice, until someone pointed out that wasn't really fair.  I would get them sometimes when someone else ran the grab.

Now, my dogs seem to do better without it half the time, so I don't worry about it.  Thanks for the thought though!
