Masayo - Birthday Thread

Okay! So...I've been wanting to make a birthday thread since I first started helping out with the Masayo. I haven't really had the chance until now...but I'm glad I found time in between of all the other stuff!

Here's how it's going to work. If you are buying a gift for someone, you fill out the form below and PM it to this account. On the day of the person's birthday, I will accept the SG and place the gifts in their inventory, and send them a PM letting them know it is there and who it is from and such.

NOTE: The forms should be PMed, NOT posted! You may NOT buy a gift for yourself.

When you send the SG, put the name of the person you are gifting to in the comment box, along with the birthday.
Example: Username m/d (Riverwind 4/4)
