That since we are currently down a staff member and therefore the two remaining ones are trying to find a happy balance and failing miserably.  So until we get the third one back or get caught up we will be asking that any NEW Out of Season breedings not be sent in.

We would like to start being able to plan an actual breeding season but with the out of season list growing the possibility of a season just seems so far out of reach.
