Login functions on websites?

Sorry. I've been trying to improve my website, and I think having login andand adopting functions would really help get my site some business.
Yep or atleast login. That's my main goal, login.

So, anyone know what I need?
I've got free webs, but maybe I can upgrade or cyange to a paid hosting service?

I'm not sure, but I *think* there's an app on Webs that allows your site to have members.  I could be wrong though.
