Well... for those of you who don't know my mother is REALLY bad about ONE thing... gambling...
Scratchers, Casino, Don't matter she will waste money on it.... not that its ALL a bad thing... I like the occasional scratch offs, and when I have the money I will put back a hundred or two to take to the casino... But its money I have saved back for that time, mom...not so much saved back as she realized she had a LITTLE extra.. wouldn't be a bad thing.. but she wont stop at that little extra she has and then for months after that shes getting loans just to keep up with the bills that she lost the money on.... and I mean LOST.... She wins at the Casino.... but uh.. Yeah she don't stop at winning and go home happy... she puts it all back in and goes home broke. Me? I stop while I'm ahead...

Well what does this have to do with me being a nice person and why I hate it sometimes? One good thing about being at the casino so often is we all got 2 free concert tickets for a show tomorrow. we got the tickets around the 25th of June. You have to call in to get them reserved for you, then pick them up there. Well I was NOT going to be going tomorrow, No money, its been 100 and above lately, its an outside concert, yadda yadda. Well Grandpa called mom today asking about tomorrow(he got tickets too) and she tells him I'm not going... Well.... I have insomnia, I cant sleep at night unless I am bone tired, and I start awake easily...I was JUST going to sleep(yes.. at 1:30 PM) and I suddenly hear 'Grandpa says to call and get your tickets'..... Uhm....What? 'Yeah I told him you weren't going because you didn't have any money to have fun with after the show and he said to call and get your tickets'.... so I called him back to say its not just the money, I didn't want to suffer in the heat and all that.. and hearing him talk about tomorrow and sounding so excited about being there with me... I froze up and jut agreed dumbly to suffering for hours in this heatwave....

Aww, I hope you'll manage to at least have somewhat of a good time. I know the feeling of being talked into something you don't really want to do but if I say no, I always end up regretting it. At least you're a nice person

well for once it payed off to be nice. I doubled the 60 grandpa gave me. Still have 83 this morning
