This thread will likely go through a number of tweaks, so please be aware that things could change at any time.  =)

Because there's such a large number of custom items floating in the system, we'll begin opening sessions throughout the year.  During a session, each user may turn in one of their items.  When the session closes, the items will be fulfilled in no particular order.

If your item happens to be completed before the session closes, you may NOT enter in a second item.  We want to let everyone begin to get their pretties! >3

As Kelpies have JUST BEEN RELEASED: Currently items cannot be turned in for Kelpies specifically. We want to give a few months to allow for their release and rarity before we allow this to happen. Thank you.

I was going to say blue instead (blue and yellow always seem to go together well) but I realized I had a ton of blue Elenaria so I randomly said green instead. I'm so glad I did!
