Title: Keeping track of your adoptables activities?

How do you guys keep track of what you have to do for all your trades/sales/buying/etc? Right now I'm trying out using a Google spreadsheet to organize my activities by agency. Gonna see how that's gonna work out, but if anyone has tips I'd love to hear them (and I'm sure others would too!)
