Horse jumping?

I'm watching horse jumping in TV with my mom and we are wondering about some stuff :b
- And i thought since some of you guys or most of you live in usa or other countries you might know what these "shotcuts" mean:

- GB? (Its a neutered horse but what does it stand for?
- SF? (short for a horse breed)
- WestF (short for a horse breed)

Add along as i watch xD

Selle Francias = SF
Westphalian(Westfalen) = WestF
