You get so excited and rush to the edge of the pond, but it seems your footsteps were a little too loud. All of the cats have run off to hide!


Skysong:

As you fix your rod to begin your fishing, you realize the line has jammed. It looks like no kitties will be brought home today....


Bunraku:

A little cat scurries underfoot and you think you've got them! However, as you reach down to pick up your prize, the little one rushes back to the water. Seems that they aren't quite ready for an owner yet.

Your line floats out into the pond and you see it drop down. Thinking that you'd caught a cat, you reel it in, realizing that it feels a lot lighter than even the smallest cat should. Still, you pull your line in and find that your line has wrapped around a sealed test tube!

You cast out, but your line falls flat into the water. The cats stare absently at it from their perches around the pond. Seems no one is in a swimming mood right now.

Skysong:

The line splashes a bit too loudly and scares off all of the cats!

Bunraku:

You grip your rod tight and attempt to cast out, but the line just hangs. What happened to your bait?

Spiderfly:

You swing back to cast your line, but it lands somewhere in the bushes. A light rustling, though, as a kitty brings the bait back to you, dropping it at your feet and waiting expectantly. Seems you've found a friend!

Red_uni:

As you fidget with your line, trying to get the bait attached, a cat makes its way to you. After swiping what was left of your bait, it lays down at your side. This kitty knows where the food is.

Classic comedy, on the backswing, the line gets tangled with your clothes and, tug as you might, it won't seem to cast! Better go untangle yourself!

Pega:

The line sinks down and manages to tangle itself into a pile of pondweed. Good luck pulling it in!

YLO:

You start to cast the line out, but notice the waters are completely still. There are no cats out right now, so you decide to wait and watch. Maybe they'll come out again later.

Skysong:

You cast out your line... and the top half of your rod follows. Looks like it wasn't quite put together right...

Red_uni:

Seeing all of the cats start making their way out of the water, you frantically cast out. Your line twists enough to circle around one of the cats. Looks like you managed to lasso one! How'd you manage that?

Wildfilly:

You want to get some good air on this one. Swinging as far back as you can, you launch the line into the air... and it lands in the bushes on the other side of the pond. No cats lurking there...
