Trading SG for PG

I want to buy an adoptable on PI.  I have SG but not PG so lets see if I can get it.  I would like 5 mill though I dont know that it will take that much.  The offer on it now is 3 mill.

I dont know what the exchange rate is so just let me know what you think is fair =)
