New trading rules?

I have someone trading 5 tags to me, and they said that as long as they just messaged the trade to a staff member/The Kennel account then they'd be sent to my folder.

Is that true? I really want to have my tags in time for the lucky dog round in case I win. *crosses fingers before it even starts*

Items need to be traded by sending a PM, dogs need to be traded by using the forum (or, which is preffered, importing them into Secundi and then trade them).

There is no guarantee when you'll receive them, staff is really busy with real life, NaNo and Secundi. But yes, that is the way items need to be traded and I'm sure you'll receive them asap.
