When my roommate Icara moved out in november 2015 we made sure to backup all my stuff from her laptop onto an external harddrive. I put my pictures on my own new laptop right away, but because no one including me was really active here I never sorted out my adoptables. Now it turns out this harddrive won't work anymore :( I lost all my adoptables, not just owned ones but also also files to color and run my own ones. If anyone has any of those for me, please please let me know! <3
I am so sorry YLO :'( When geocities went under I paid $100 for them to keep all my adoptables and website and everything but apparently I never clicked the button for them to actually move it over so I lost it anyway... D: Feeling your pain, I hope people have files for you!!! Recovery is always possible too <3
Also, maybe you can recover some stuff directly using a SATA cable or something? I can't quite remember how it works, but I know I've done that before!
Apparently the only way to recover it is some super fancy way that costs tons of $$. It's already an external harddrive that is supposed to connect to my laptop with a cable. Doesn't work :(
I hope someone has the Panda Shrimp files, those are the ones I'd be most upset about losing. Wild obviously has the FCFC files and other adopts I ran were never a big hit.
Although having Blub back would also be nice.
Silvanon was able to retrieve most of the Syrian hamster files! :D
That's good news! I'm sorry I can't help with the panda shrimps. :( But hopefully someone has them!
I have all but the somali and shiba inu (which PM said she has, but her computer is on death row so not sure if/when we will get those.)
I WISH I had the panda shrimps, because I feel like I've colored one before but sadly I checked EVERYWHERE in my computer and nothing :( Super glad you got the Syrians though, I really liked them!

I also found the info to an old email of mine and have been able to find most of them that way :D :D I am now only missing the rabbit adoptable (and have messaged toffeeca about that) and Chillachu, but I have recovered Panda Shrimps (but not the recolorable item files or the valentine's accessories sadly), Kitchen Mice, Miniquines, !Blub! and part of the Jaeman Prophecy (not all files sadly, missing Ponee files for sure). That's a pretty awesome score, considering I only had 1 shop yesterday |D
