Gidget item not working?

I can't figure out how to attatch a hornshell to my two 'O' gidgets that I'd love to see babies from.
[Yes, I DO have tons of Gidgets & Wobbles. What can I say? I'm addicted. xD]

I assume you tried equipping it from your inventory, which doesn't work.
You need to go to the Secundi main page --> Your Account --> Use Agency Items.
Then select the Gidgets agency, the correct item and the Gidget you wanna use it on. ^^

If you already did that and it doesn't work than this is something Silvanon should probably look into.
