Error with new post flag

I often find that when i have a thread, it doesn't show new posts, with the diamond to the left of the thread title. I've noticed this with my Glider posts in generals, can't remember if it happens in other boards. I also haven't noticed it with other people's threads.
Anyone else find this problem?
