Title: Will the trades still pending be moved over to here?

I have 5 tags from a trade with Saiki, and 2 tags from my competition locker that should be moved into my folder sometime. Will those just be directly placed into Secundi where I can use them?

they will go where they usually do, you can still use them from secundi when slots open up
