I have a Clydesdale Stallion up for stud for anyone who wants/needs to use him.

I'd like to pair Rising Sun with my Morcha'Tupten, if he's still available for stud. Also, does he have any stud fees?

Sure, he is still up for stud. And no stud fees unless your girl happens to have twins, if she does, I would love the one you don't want. Other then that, no fees. :) I'll post permission as soon as you post your form.
