"Breeding with Elenaria is a beautiful process that none of us have witnessed. The first Elenaria crashed from the heavens in beautiful star-like eggs, and even though new foals have been born in our care, it seems the process is a heavily guarded secret among the Elenaria." Raeris flips open his journal, and you can see his beautiful scrawling penmanship covers the page. "We have discovered that specific foods seem to have interesting effects during their mating periods, and we are happy to sell these items to you if you are interested in breeding your Elenaria."

There is a strange glimmer in the young elf's eyes. "I feel we still have much to discover about these beautiful creatures..."

And with that he returns to his journaling and leaves you to the store. He doesn't seem to be interested in talking more, but if you have any questions, perhaps one of the sisters will be around to help you shortly.

Rules to note!
Be Kind! Yelling spooks the Elenaria.

Whomever requests the triplets help in mating their Elenaria shall receive the foals. If you are using someone else's Elenaria permission must be granted. Feel free to come to your own terms about cost to use an Elenaria as a mate.

Stallions can father up to three times in any one season. This stands even if a sugar cube is used. Mares can only bear one mating in a season.

If you have a mare and do not have a stallion with which to breed her fear not! There have been cases (rare but true) of mares meeting an Elenaria in the wild and coming back with child. You must have a mare to participate in a wild breeding. Green Apples cannot be used in a wild breeding.

Siblings cannot be bred together, nor can a child be bred with its parent.

Prices are listed below but items should be available in the shop! Please bear with us in this regard, we are trying to figure out how to do pricing so that we don't get flooded with twins.

I'm sorry there was no clover in the shop I shall be rectifying all of that now. You can specify a sibling, or not and we'll place you with someone! So either way works.

(I'm excited to do a wild breeding!!)

Also the carrots have bene modified a bit so everyone is aware. The only way to get twins or triplets is through the carrot but it is not guaranteed. Using 1 gives you the chance for twins, using 2 gives yu the chance for triplets. In an attempt to keep our prices low and not overwhelm our colorists we think the making it a chance over a guarantee is a good middle ground for everyone.

You have always been able to do that Kadana! You can have 2 breedings a season and you can either use a carrot on each breeding or you can stack on one breeding for a chance at triplets.

Okay, so the carrot. First it said chance of multiples, then before the restock happened it was changed to 'gives multiples'. I bought it after that first change because it was NOT a chance item anymore and now it got changed back to being a chance item. When I purchased it the description was 'gives multiples' in the item description as well as this thread and I don't think it's very fair to have the effect change after I paid for it. Is it possible to get a refund and the carrot deleted from my inventory?

Edit: Oh I see there is a post while I was typing and it is already removed from my inventory and processed now.. If possible I'd still like the refund and the carrot to be removed from my breeding.

I'm sad about the change as well. :( When I bought the carrots I was planning on triplets for my breeding, now possibly I won't even get twins?

Edit: I'll still use the items for my breeding, since a chance is better than no chance.

Wildfilly in the staff breeding thread there is a post from me letting you know that the staff bribes are different and will get done regardless of whether or not a slot is full since it will probably take us a while to come to a decision on that front.

I think this might work for you, but I've a question if you decide to switch.

Would each sibling have a separate breeding request list, or would it be one combined request list and whomever has the time at any given point works on helping "birth" the foals?

For example, if it is separate lists, and I had a request in for a Raeris slot, but he becomes super busy and can't find time to do anything with his list for a few months (just an extreme example), would I have to wait for my Raeris slot to be completed before I could request a slot from one of the Sisters, or would we, if breeding is done this way, be allowed to have our names added to each siblings list, and then have a breeding done as each one gets to our names?  Or, would it be a combined list, we post to have our names added to the waiting list, and whichever sibling gets to our name first does our breeding?

It would most likely be one combined list and we would all plug away on it as we went along. If you really have your heart set on one particular sibling then I think we'd add a field for that that you can fill out, but it would be more of a preference than a 100% guarantee, but that's just my initial gut reaction to how I think it would work best.

That does sound good then :)  The only reason I tried to pick who helped this time around was 1. I wasn't sure if we were meant to and didn't want my forms to be invalid and 2. I for some reason thought all my Elenaria friends were sung down by Corlanna except the boy.  I wanted to have some Elenaria friends from all 3 siblings lol

Hearing a rustle the man turns, just in time to see Euphenia and Ruathar appear, carrying a gleaming white star egg between them. The man carefully takes the egg and wraps it in a shawl.

Saevia comes in wearily but with a large, bright smile on her face.  She's paced by Ama'ihel and Arro, both of who watch the elf very carefully, obviously working to make certain that she takes care with her precious burden.  Balanced carefully in her arms is not one, but two golden eggs!

"Congratulations, identical twins!" Saevia exclaims happily.  She looks worn out from all of the music today, but overall quite pleased!

I'm sooo happy with my two eggs. They're beautiful! I can't wait to see what they hatch into. And I love that they're so different! I'm leaning toward the smokey black as my favorite but I'll have to wait to see what happens when they hatch. X3 They both turned out female, so I'm glad I used a clover on my other breeding.

Ah'iat certainly was a busy man this season! He's giving me a look now that says "And what's wrong with that?" lol.

I think rather than more slots, they said they're going to re-plan their breeding system and release something new, perhaps something similar to a waiting list like Okibi and Feli. ^_^

Nope you just get to wait in agony for when they may hatch. And yes Ryuu is correct we are redoing how we do breeding entirely so there will be no more slots for now. Just gotta get through these first.

Raeris is humming quietly, the quiet notes of his lyre drifting in the air when he hears a distinct, faint, tink sound that reminds him of someone tapping a triangle. The man smirks and pulls back a curtain to see three of the star eggs moving rapidly until a horn (the cause of the twinkling sound against the egg shells) breaks through. In a few moments Kadana's twins and Midnight's roan break from their eggs to reveal themselves!

My first has hatched and he is so stunning! His mane is simply gorgeous, and i love the shade of brown of him body! Thanks so much to YLO who traded my the RBs with two of her mares and Whimsy who allowed my to use her stunning stallion.

Hey guys!

Corlanna has been singing all morning so I imagine there will be a few more eggs appearing in the meadow soon. After we've completed this set of breeding we will be changing how breeding works here and we have come up with the new system which will be announced when it goes live. I really like the change and it really gives people a constant opportunity to breed while maintaining some of our limitations we wanted to maintain. Hopefully it'll make everyone happy.

With this process of this first breeding we've also noticed that the greenyellow apples are underpriced for the amount of work we do for them. Mixing genes and trying to find a good middle ground is more difficult than we anticipated so we have upped the cost of this item in order to keep it in line with the amount of work it causes us to do. We're sorry for this inconvenience and we truly hope that there will be no other changes or increases in price in the future as our goal with Elenaria is to be a very affordable alternative, especially for those just starting out and struggling for SG.

So look forward to more babies and the arrival of our new process soon!

My second form was never done, Wildfilly posted permission late, after I posted the form, so it didn't get added to the slots right away, but I thought it would still be done? :3

Yes, it shows under the permissions section of the Elenaria's posts that permission for my mare and stud were given, but for the slot part, your breeding mysteriously isn't there. O.o
I hope soemthing can be done, I'd feel terrible if it was due to my forgetfulness. :/
