All Are in the same "Area" time zone--if you join late, just join in as if you'd been there all along!
You get "Points" for each Role-play post you make... These are "Judged and pointed" by me. You do not know the points you earn until the end.
(Short posts that are posted just to get a point in get you 0-1 points [0 if it isn't even a full 3 sentences for example] Longer (But not to long mind you!) can get you up to 10 points!)
--Points are used for the "Points Prize Pool" these will be in a post later below the more points you get, the more of a chance of you getting a prize, the top 3 point holders will earn the prizes, most getting the first, second most getting the second, etc.--
There will be three "Random" prizes. These prizes will be randomly rewarded to players who did not win anything from the game. So, for example if Bobette didn't win anything at all, she would be added to the raffle list for one of the random prizes! (There will be 1-5 Random prizes, undecided on the amount at this time--all depends on how many non-winners we have at the end)

Sage Grins looking up from his book, "Well, if you are all ready to begin..." he takes off his glasses and with a movement of his hand they vanish. "Lets set a few things straight though. There will be no fighting, Unless I Cau-" he pauses at the narrators glare, clears his throat, and starts again... "Okay... The Rules are simple..."
RULES:
1. No Fighting--This is to be fun and enjoyable. Please do not fight with each other!
2. Majority Rules--If 5 people are playing, 3 want to...say go left, and 2 want to go right, the ENTIRE Roleplay story goes to the left, as 3 to 2 wins.
3. Please do not Whine--While winning and earning prizes are fun, do not whine if you don't manage to, it'll make winners feel bad when they shouldn't have to!
4. You may Join Any time! (Thats posted above please read that blockage of words!)
5. Do not Bully players into choosing the same options as you--You may ask them in the roleplay (as your character) but do NOT PM or harass them with "You have to post this" If this is reported to me you will be BANNED from all Role-Play Events.

Answer: Depends on if you're wanting it to be a secundian [who do the adventuring] or a Kanian.
Sage is a Kanian so he has magic and what not, But Kanian's can't win prizes in adventures

The magical being known as Sage, didn't think anyone would notice the sudden change in wardrobe, or the fact his book changed colors. He moved a hand and opened the portal, then waited. Waited for the people to arrive. The adventure was just beginning! He was excited as should everyone else. He tapped his foot a little bit impatient but he waited all the same. Looking at his wrist--even though there was no watch there--then back towards the portal... Where was everyone?
[For easier Joining: You're entering in through the portal. The Portal is Connecting "earth" [Secundi] with the Kanin world (where Sage is) ... You may post as if you'd waited for the portal (those of you with kanins would probablchoose this option) those of you without might of stumbled upon the portal, or saw someone else go through, etc!]
**If you participated in the adventure in the event thread--At the end of it would of been having you all sent back to Secundi/Earth with any kanins/pets you earned in it. Due to me having to end it early is why you never got to that step... Hope that helps!

I (timber) and my new companions were getting a bit bored waiting for the portal, but eventually it opened up. We all crossed over quickly, eager to get through while we could. Time for some more excitement!
I was honestly expecting another Kanin to be waiting for us, but apparently not. I stare at Sage for a moment. "Well, you're a funny looking one, aren't you?"

Sage's power flared changing his outfit--yet again--as he glared, pointing accusing finger at timber. "Me! I'm Not Funny Looking! You're the Funny looking one with all of your plainness!" he accused in retaliation. He huffed, turning away, and snapped, "Are you the only one coming? Seriously.. there should be more of your kind, shouldn't there?"

Sage rolled his eyes, but took a breath, and smiled, "Well, Why don't we just get started..."
He turned stretching a bit, the wings on his back fluttering a bit, before he looked at her, "You and your Kanins better keep up" He grinned playfully before he was in the air, leading the way towards the forest.

After the portal opened rather unexpectedly, Kazaal eyed it suspiciously. Things like that tended to happen frequently, but occasionally unpleasant things would wander through. However, it seemed unlikely that this portal would be one of those portals so the archer cautiously stepped through. He was greeted with the sight of Sage flying off and Timber and co chasing after. After a moment of deliberation, he followed, ridiculously bright red cloak flapping in the wind behind him as he sprinted to catch up. He didn't want to draw attention to himself, not yet, but his curiosity was peaked.

When Sage turned there was a pair of goggles magically on his face, he hovered off the ground for a moment before he finally landed, giving a light grin. "Ah, I see another has finally joined.. Good, good.. Just in time!"
He turned and motioned a hand to the path behind him, "This is the Sparnid Nest. You can either "catch" or "whack" a sparnid. Any you catch you keep, those you whack will be saved for a later event... I won't tell you more than that~!"
He shifted his weight as he stood, slowly looking to them both, grinning as he moved his hand, a hammer with a long handle appearing in one hand, and in the other a large bug catchers net.
"Since timbergray did get here first, she can choose which she'll use first... Then our new friend here will also get a chance to choose. You could choose the same option"
Sage Smiled warmly, "The Buddy System is perfectly legal, so you may both go into the nest at once... I'll be staying out here." he brushed at an imaginary thing on his shoulder, "I don't need to get dirty..."

Once you choose you may not choose again--so decide which you want, remember "Net" allows you to keep every Sparnid you get as a pet... Where as "Hammer" Lets you gather Sparnid "points" for a later event!

Timbergray quickly grabs the Hammer from Sage. Heck no, I'm not keeping any of those creepy things! You don't by chance have a bigger hammer, do you? She eyes Sage hopefully. And really, some sort of glasses or facewear really does become you. You should keep it.
She turns hopefully to Kazaal. Will you come kill spiders with me?
Kazaal slowed to a stop as the demon? thing leading this little adventure explained what was up next. He seemed to be a sort of host, if Kazaal interpreted his speech pattern correctly. He didn't really know what these Sparnids would be, but as the girl grabbed the hammer, he reached for the Net. After all, if he decided he decided he did not like these 'Sparnids,' he could always step back and let the girl have her way. Plus, it seemed to balance them out.
"Sorry!" He offered with a lopsided grin. He wasn't, not really, but etiquette demanded he apologize.

Sage stepped aside to allow them to go into the Sparnid nest.

In the woods looking for food Roxy spotted Kazaal. Kazaal was a strange looking being and Roxy was very curious she followed closely behind Kazaal hiding behind the trees trying not to make a sound. Suddenly a portal appeared into view and Kazaal disappeared. Roxy was baffled by what she had seen and continued to follow Kazaal. She stopped at the portal and reached her hand inside to make sure it was safe. Nothing seemed to happen so she put her head inside and WHOOOOSSSSHHHH she was sucked in. When she reached the other end of the portal she felt kinda sick and dazed not knowing where she was at. She finally got up and she saw Kazaal running.... "What is he running after" Roxy thought and she sprinted after him. When Roxy stopped running she saw Kazaal speaking to a male with bat-like, wings she could barely make out the words but thought they spoke of a "net" and "hammer." When Kazaal finished talking to Sage, Roxy walked up to Sage and greeted herself. She ask where she was at and Sage explained to her everything and then explained to her about the Sparnid Nest. Roxy replied and said she would like a net even tho she was a bit timid and didn't even know what she would be catching. She went to the Sparnid Nest and said "I try my net"

Kazaal's smirk dropped briefly at the appearance of an elf wearing a color equally as bright and obnoxious as his cloak. However, after a quick glance, he turned back to the Snarpid nest. The creatures - which really looked like giant tarantulas, seemed harmless enough. Spotting one skittering closer, he tried his net.

The sparnid jumped out at roxy and she gave a scream swung her net and caught it. "It looks like a boy" "ill name him Fang."

Roxy looked at the dead sparnid and her face turned a bit green. She kick the dead sparnid away and tried her net again.

Sage gave a low whistle looking at her broken hammer, "Well at least you got 7 Sparnid Points from all of that!" He smiled apologetically, resting a hand on timber's shoulder and turned her to the exit of the sparnid nest. "Once you get out you can just wait for just a few moments before the game's over... Or you can pay me 100 sg now, and I can give you another hammer?" he asked looking at his fingernails as if bored.

The last to exit the den, Kazaal shrugged as the girls decided on the lake. He internally seconded Timber's sentiment towards the mountain, but as he was out voted, he didn't bother voicing opinion. Instead, he looked expectantly at Sage to lead the way.

Suddenly he changed outfits again, and there was a...phone in his hand.. Once at the lake he stopped, turned and 'sat' cross-legged in the air, hands resting on his knees as he smiled, "Well time for the fun part!"
Sage cleared his throat and smiled warmly fingers straightening the bow tie now on his neck. "Welcome... To the Photo Bomb game!" He grinned more, "I hope you have camera's~"

Sage grinned and moved, "Well now that's all done... Time for the next step!" with a feline smirk he moved, in a flash of light, suddenly everyone in the group was falling into the water. But when you went under, no one got wet. A large bubble of air--the best way to describe it--enveloped everyone. Sage was laughing softly as he floated above the group, standing on the bottom of the oddly square shaped bubble as if it were a floor. "Wasn't that just fun!?" He grinned as the bubble went down, a bunch of different fish were swimming around--not that any in the group knew what any were called except for the tiny Gupinno's.
"So, now that we're at the bottom of the lake... we can go Left and head to the point where the lake forms at the waterfall from the mountains, or go Right and head for the basin of the lake where it fades off to a smaller stream and eventually the meadow!"

Kazaal jumped nearly out of his skin as Sage pulled the group under water. At the demon's cheery exclamation he leveled his flattest glare at him. Although, it was a pretty sight, with the light filtering through the water, reflecting on shining scales. Quick thinking brought him to the conclusion that the waterfall might lead to the mountain, which he was still curious about. "Let's go Left," he suggested, shrugging.
Roxy jumped when she notice the group was sinking into the water "how could this be" she thought to herself. "We are underwater, yet we are not wet. How strange." Roxy looked all the glorious fish there had to be thousands all of them different shapes and sizes. "Wow this is amazing" she cheered. When Sage asked which way to go Roxy thought for a moment "....hmmm it would be great to go to the waterfall, but the meadow sounds even more interesting." "Lets go right!"

Sage still hovered over them, sitting in the air as if he were sitting in a chair, one leg over the other as he leaned back some smiling softly, but he gasped when their bubble hit something--that it wasn't suppose to!
Sage blinked looking at the object.... What...What the heck? what was a human ship doing here? How did it get down here? Just... What? He cleared his throat and decided to play it off as if it was suppose to be there, "So.... Anyone want to explore it, or move on?"

For the first time, Kazaal was in full agreement. While it would be interesting, and perhaps a little anxiety-inducing to see how Sage handled this feat, the appeal of the ship was strong. A casual shrug and a gleam in his eye showed his interest.
Timbergray nods. Yes, let's explore!
Roxy looked at Kazaal and thought to herself "Finally we agree on something." she then smiled at the thought of what could be lurking in the ship "Hmmm maybe we will find a hidden treasure chest!"

A mask appeared over Sage's face and a movement of his hand had one similar appear on everyone. "Go ahead and step out... You'll be able to breath, it's a magic cloth ...thing... Don't argue with me and just trust me!" While he was nervous about actually exploring this thing, his group wanted to, and he was responsible for them, so he would go with them!
He landed gently on the bottom of the bubble, and with a hand pushed, and portion of the bubble opened like a door. Surprisingly water didn't rush in, he turned to the others smiling, "Well come on, swim along now." he moved forward, of course -he- wasn't going to get wet, he let his magic envelope him in a sage-sized bubble, as he moved outside of the bigger bubble watching the others from the outside. He waited, glancing around as he did. He just hoped there wasn't anything dangerous. If a whole ship got here, who knew what else, he wondered if someone else opened portals.. He was suppose to be the only one, that was something he could think on later. His violet eyes were watching the group.

Cautiously, full of doubt about the 'magical' cloth that had appeared around his face, Kazaal took the first step out of the 'bubble.' The water immediately soaked his cloak. However, with a timorous breath, he found that the cloth did, indeed, act like gills of sorts. The cloak he was so fond of, however, made his movements even more sluggish than the water around, and with a sigh, he unfastened it. Once the cloak was removed, he slid the arrow quiver back around his torso and kept cloak in one hand, bow in the other.

Checking his now slightly less limited movement, he swam a few paces away from the bubble before looking at the demon. He seemed a bit on edge, but Kazaal shrugged it off. Turning his red gaze towards the sunken ship, he observed it pensively, letting the water flow around him and trying not to instinctively hold his breath against the only dry piece of clothing on him.
Sage gave him a smile, "See, I told you it worked!" he chuckled lightly and turned to the others, "Well come on!"
Roxy started to feel unsure now when she heard Sages timid voice . But she decided to go on anyway. She study the cloth and was very skeptical at first but when she saw Kazaal go first and not drown she decided to go too. Roxy went head first through the hole of the bubble and into the water. She felt the cold water around her lips but she didnt seem to be drowning so she kept forth, using her tail as a router. (Yes roxy has a tail to go along with her wolf ears)

Sage nodded to the group and turned, heading around the ship, soon as he found an opening he turned to the others and smiled, "Shall we use this entrance, or look for another?"
"This entrance is fine" roxy said cutting Sage off because she was too excited to wait .
Timbergray had followed the others eagerly into the water. She was actually quite fond of water, even if it was a tad cold for her taste. This entrance looks fine to me.
Indifferent about the how, Kazaal merely shrugged. They could always find another if the first one didn't amount to much.

Sage gave his nod a group, thankfully the mask hid how he felt about going in this thing all together. But he forced a smile and a bounce to his movement, "Well lets go then!" he moved inside, looking around. Maybe it wasn't so bad, it looked like they entered in through the hull of an old storage container. There looked to be a lot of crates laying around. He looked to his group letting them decide what they'd like to do if anything in this area.
(This is a "Free play" response time, so have fun!)
Roxy swam around in the ship, there were old broken crates every where. She looked around and something caught her eye it was sparkling behind a barrel. "What could that be?" She said as she swam closer to get a better look.
Kazaal slipped in after Sage, glancing around in the dank, dark water. Deciding to wait till later before investigating the crates, he headed towards the door. Thankfully, the lock was on the other side of the door, making it easy to unlock it and tug open the door. Bracing himself on the rotting wood around him, he slowly opened the door in case something was waiting on the other side, live or inanimate otherwise.

The shiny thing Victoria was checking out spazzed when she got close and the fish zoomed past her.

Sage chuckled, "Why, thats a Ayla. They are quite pretty aren't they?"
Sage turned seeing Kazaal opening a door and he gasped what was on the other side of the door. That wasn't something he knew of! "Watch out!"

The Shark made a lunge for Kazaal but Sage moved faster, but his eyes widened when his magic didn't work on it. He used his hands trying to keep those teeth away from him. Oh no no no, this wasn't good!

He was struggling to keep the thing away from the others. He didn't understand....unless this thing wasn't from this world. It must of came with this ship!

Sage used his power on the water, to knock them back at least momentarily, a hand pressing to his bleeding side, "I think... we should get out of here"
Oh, no, Sage! Timbergray had been staying close to the entrance the whole time, not liking to go deep into unknown waters she couldn't see well. Those are sharks! I don't think we should get out of here, I know it!
Kazaal, who had wisely stayed behind the door as he opened it, gasped and cursed as the shark entered through it. As the blood drifted out lazily in a smoke-like fashion, Kazaal felt the beginning threads of panic. He was no healer, and while he had brushed with danger before, sharks were a new thing. He spent a few precious moments frozen in the corner before reaching behind him for his quiver. He hadn't the faintest idea if it would work at all, but he had to try. Letting his cloak drift to the bottom of the ship, he notched an arrow and aimed it at the nearest shark, who didn't seem to be intent on him. With a slightly unsteady exhale, he released the tension in the bow string.
Roxy stared at the white fish hiding behind the barrel, the fish zoomed past her ears and out of sight and at that moment Roxy heard screams of terror, she swam back to the group and saw three huge sharks and a cloud of blood. She was terrified . Roxy turned and saw that the blood was coming from Sages side she rush to his side to help him out of the ship, while Kazaal was shooting his arrows at the sharks. Roxy used her tail as a propellor and they quickly made it to the bubble that was not far from the ship . Roxy turn back around to go help fend ofd the sharks with Kazaal .
Sage was startled when one of Kazaal's arrows whizzed past and into a shark. Well at least it made the thing...er... well.. mad? It thrashed and suddenly the other two were after it. Sage grunted when he was grabbed but didn't have the strength to argue. But when he was put into the bubble he turned groaning, "W-wait!" he called to Roxy, but she was all ready going back to help the others... He bit his lower lip... What was he to do?

Suddenly, even under the water a flash of light and a large kanin-looking creature stood on the bottom of the boat. She looked to all those there, and with a lift of her head howled, even under the water. The water started to swirl around the group in the boat, the whole thing was moved. And thudded on the ground soon after. She turned as the water rushed out of the boat. Her coat looked just as dry as if she'd never been in the water. The sharks were left to flop on the ground. Her eyes glowed for a few moments and they shrunk in size.. To the size of goldfish really. She looked to each of the explorers, "I trust you know how to take care of them.. You may each have one... Kazaal injured one, proving his ability to think in a tight spot, I think he should choose first." She then turned to Victoria, "and you got Sage out, you will choose second..." then she looked to timbergray, "You will get the remaining shark" She then turned, a glow and then a 'pop' as a bubble appeared around the Ayla Victoria had found, "Victoria may name her as well." then she slowly padded over to where Sage was sitting on the ground.

At her approach Sage pulled the mask off his face then moved despite the pain in his chest and bowed low to the ground. He failed her in protecting the visitors, he wondered what would happen to him..
Kazaal found himself stunned, once again, as a rainbow kanin thing appeared literally out of nowhere and made the lot of them look like fools as it - she? - cleaned up the mess they got themselves into. It spoke, and it took a few moments for Kazaal to move past from the sheer rainbow of the creature to actually answering. "Uhh... Thanks." He muttered, spending another moment blinking stupidly in the water before actually jerking forward. Stumbling a bit - he was unused to being on land after floating about and it took him a few steps before he found his feet - he let himself sink to the floor in front of the injured mini-shark, legs crossing beneath him. The arrow had been left alone while the fish shrunk, and Kazaal found himself grateful that it had not further harmed the shark during the transformation. Picking the arrow up in one hand and the fish in the other, he turned back to the canine. "I believe, since it was my arrow that harmed it, it should be my hand that heals it," he says, holding the black and white shark.

Another flash of light and the rumble of thunder, another large kanin-like creature appeared. It slowly stepped forward, eyes glaring down at Sage... "What were you thinking? Endangering the lives of those here?!"

Sage gulped, slowly sitting up. "I only did what they wanted to do! Honest my Lord!"
The Kanin, larger than the first female, glared down at him, then turned, "Does he speak the truth humans?"he wouldn't put it past the troublesome and playful Sage to tell him otherwise to save his own skin... of course.. He glanced to him noticing the blood. Humph. The fool.
Roxy picked up the blue shark and decided to keep it. When the other kanin the larger brown and black one came out of no where Roxy was shocked it was huge and its words were strong, Roxy was a tad bit frighten but she stepped up and told the kanin that it was her idea to go into the ship. "I... I... Just want to explore , and learn more about your world " Roxy said stuttering .
The godly Kanin huffed watching Victoria, blue eyes trained on her before he looked to Sage. "You won't be punished, for these humans seem to want to keep exploring--despite your almost getting them killed." He turned bowing his head to his mate, "Lets go. There's no more we need to do here." he looked to Sage frowning, "Watch your step" then the two vanished in a crack of thunder and a flash of light.

Sage sighed softly, he slowly stood, his side still hurt, but at least it wasn't bleeding as bad, thankfully he tended to heal pretty quick... He looked to the group he as responsible for, "I'm really sorry all of that happened... So uh... those were sharks huh? They were from your world?" he couldn't help but be a bit curious, watching Kazaal hold the black and white one that actually bit him.

Timbergray approached Sage and took offer her jacket to offer to him. Y- you can use this. . .. for your wound. If it'll help. She shrugged awkwardly and turned away. She'd been abysmally useless in that last scenario. I'm sorry you got hurt, and then in trouble because of us.
Sharks are a type of fish from our world, and they're very dangerous, especially that size. I didn't expect to see anything like them here. They're predators, and good at what they do. If those really are, or at least are similar to, Great Whites, the largest and most powerful of the predatory sharks, they can launch themselves 20 feet into the air when hunting. They've even been nick-named the incredible flying shark. It might actually be a good thing we were in the ship and not near the surface of the lake or we could have been in for even more trouble from them.
She shrugged again. Sorry, I guess I'm babbling. I'm still pretty shaken up from that. How are you holding up?
Kazaal sat back pensively as Roxy stuttered. The flash of light was again a little unnerving, but more tolerable than the first. He, obviously having spent little time in this world, didn't have a great handle on any sort of hierarchy, but Sage... Almost seemed to treat them as if they were something like gods. They also didn't seem to favor Sage much. Kazaal kept that in mind, and if his gaze towards Sage was a little more guarded, he didn't say anything. Seeing as Timber was the one to call them sharks, he shrugged and let her answer. Stringing his bow back around his torso, he walked back to his cloak and put it on. The garment was soaked, sticking to him in extremely uncomfortable ways, but it was easier to wear it than carry it. Eyeing the blood soaking through Sage's own clothing he sighed. The demon seemed to be fine, but they were god knows how deep beneath the water, and as far as he knew, Sage was the only one who could perform the feats of magic that was keeping them breathing. Shuffling closer so he was next to Sage in case he fainted or something, he regarded the girls. It was improbable that Sage would let them keep exploring, but if the demon did offer the choice, it would be easier to defer the decision to them.

Sage nodded, glasses appearing he put them on, and jotted down some notes on this shark thing in his book as it also appeared--along with a pencil for that matter.
He smiled softly, but shook his head, "Thank you, but keep your jacket... I have a feeling you guys would still like to explore, and we had been heading for the mountain, it's a bit cold up there." he smiled softly, but turned some, "Sides' it's healed over enough now it's not bleeding anymore." he offered her another smile, before he looked over to Kazaal. Sage wasn't sure if that look he'd gotten was a good thing. He sighed, "So... I probably should explain... Those were two of the Ancients, I believe you call them gods on your world. There are many Ancients, some even bond to people, but those two, are the leaders of all the Ancients... Esterlain, the big male, wasn't to fond of letting humans here... He calls me trouble for wanting to let you all explore our world." he stated, explaining why Sage was unfavorable to the ancient being.
Sage stretched slowly, and offered a soft smile. "If you ever need to ask the head honcho's for help, you're better off asking Testaiana, she's nicer. She's also more interested in humans than her mate." he rubbed his chin with a hand, "Well... I guess that's all I need to tell you about it.."
He turned, really he was still in a lot of pain--but sage was very good at hiding it--and smiled once more. "Well, why don't we head for the mountain now?"

"The mountain sounds like a cool place we should defiantly go." Roxy said trying to cheer up the gloomy mood. She was still excited about being in this world but now she was also frighten. The journey started off fun and amusing and now seemed very dangerous, but Roxy's curiosity took the best of her and she just had to go explore more of this Faelin Kanin world.
Timbergray nodded. The mountains sound nice. Just hope there won't be any pumas or bears. But a least those don't come in packs.

Sage couldn't help but look at timbergray confused, "What is a puma or a bear for that matter?" he never heard of them. Granted if those sharks from the human world got here, what else could have gotten through? Now he was worried. He'd have to try to find out who was opening portals other than himself.
But he grinned, "Well the Mountain is cold, the higher you go the more snow you'll find! It's the only place that will snow in this world!" He turned smiling ignoring the pain in his side, "So, We can go straight there by me teleporting, or we could walk, which would you rather do?"
timbergray shrugged. They're just big and sometimes dangerous mountain animals from my world. Are you even up for walking? Or magicking?
Sage gave a smile and a nod, "Yup, I'm fine and dandy!" not really but they didn't need to know that, he kept smiling, "So which way do you guys want to travel?"

Sage looked over at timber and smiled warmly, "No way is necessarily easier than others."
Timber shrugged. Well, if it's all the same to you, I'd rather walk. Magic is awesome, but it makes me a little uneasy to have it used for everything.

Kazaal shrugged - he tended to do that a lot, it was easier than speaking - and looked up at the mountain. He was much more used to walking, and he had a strange feeling that teleporting might make his stomach uneasy. Besides, the dude had just been bitten by a shark, and had to have lost some blood. If they were walking, it would be easier for the three adventurers to help him if something happened than if he teleported them and overdid it.
Roxy didnt care how they took the journey even tho walking was more dangerous to her it meant seeing more of the world so she said "we should just walk"

Sage gave a nod, "Walking it is then!" he smiled as he turned motioning a hand over his shoulder to follow. "We'll go by the waterfall, unless you'd rather climb over it?" he smiled softly, leading the way as he kept glancing back at the group, while taking more care about what was around them.
After a good while of travel along the lake, they reached a heavier wooded area the rumble of the falls could be heard near by. Pausing at a particular spot he smiled, and turned, he'd get a rest and they'd have some fun, so why not?
"A couple of you have Whooems... But would any of you be interested in a Whooen?" he asked smiling gently.
"A whooen?" Roxy question. "What is that?" "Is it another bird type creature?"
Sage nodded smiling, "It's the cousin to the whooem." he chuckled, "But you have to have an Owl trophy to own them, they're more ornery and can be...bitey."

Sage lifted the tie and chuckled softly, "Yea... Looked odd wearing the collar without it.." he wasn't a fan of ties... He looked up and smiled warmly, "Anyone else want to go for a trophy to own the whooens?"
"I would" Roxy said raising her hand.
I would! timbergray agreed eagerly.
Kazaal nodded with his signature shrug. There wasn't anything specifically he was against doing, anyways.

Sage smiled and clapped his hands, brush moving away to reveal a small shack/hut thing. He smiled, "All you need to do is tell the building you wish to take the trial, your trial will be given to you and you must complete it to get a trophy."
Sage smiled, moving to sit on a large rock, "well go on, you must each do your own trial goal, but I don't think there is a rule against helping each other, but each must do the completing part on their given task." He couldn't help at all, as he was a magical being.
Timbergray gives Sage a slightly confused look and approaches the building cautiously. Umm, I wish to take the trial?
Roxy went second walking up to the building and asked "May i take the trial oh great and powerful building" she was skeptical asking a building for a trial so she can win a trophy .
Kazaal snorted at Roxy's rhetoric, before glancing at the building himself. It seemed extremely strange to ask a building a question, but all the little gimmicks Sage had pulled thus far had worked, so he slowly approached the building. "May I take the trial?" He asked hesitantly, feeling distinctly awkward asking a building. He looked vaguely at the door as if posing the question to someone inside.

a Hazy image of the owl trophy appeared above the house, the old building rumbled shaking itself it seemed. Dust rolled off the sides as it seemed to stretch itself.
An old voice spoke, "Do you dare do it alone....or as a group?" was asked before the house was once again still.

Timbergray glanced around at the group. I'm not well equipped for trials in a magical world on my own. Would you all be willing to go with me?
Kazaal nearly stepped forward to go it alone, seeing as he seemed best equipped and he felt that the others would slow him down. Only an ingrained sense of caution for jumping without looking stopped him. "What difference does it make?" He asked, feeling slightly more reassured in his place in the world after the building talked back. He considered that thought briefly and cast it away lest it made him unstable with the knowledge that a talking building was reassuring.

The house seemed to shudder... "When together, the trials will be harder. But assistance is permitted... Going alone, the Trial will be at times easier, but no assistance is granted, getting help will result in a failure to complete your trial."
Roxy felt as if going in a group would be better as the saying goes "two heads are better than one." "I wanna do this together, being alone is no fun" Roxy said.

The house gave a shudder, "Who shall Join Victoria?" They didn't both have to. Neither had to. Didn't change Victoria's wish to go as a team however, so its question was still valid, right? It was just a house though, so eh.
Kazaal thought about the words for a few moments before deciding. "I'm going on my own then. I trust the equipment I have on me is acceptable?" He asked, now dismissing all those around him in favor of the upcoming task. He was never one to back away from a challenge, after all.
(I've noticed I start everything with Kazaal. -_- It's annoying me. Woops. And he has on him his bow, a quiver full of arrows (Does 15 work? Idk how much is a good average), a spare bow string, the pins in his hair - which aren't particularly sharp, but are thin and possibly helpful in something - and a couple hunting knives. Also I suppose he has his hair ties. No food, small water skin. Idk if it matters or not, just putting it out there.)

The house stretched the walls seeming to expand once more. A quivering came from the boards a a door seemed to appear, "If you accept your Trial....Step through the door Kazaal." How did it know his name was left for all to wonder.
"The task before you is to reach the golden owl in the center room. You will know when you reach it."

Timbergray looked back to Roxy and nodded. I think we're going to go together. It's more fun as a group. So, I'll go with Roxy (Victoria) if she'll have me.
"Yay!" Roxy cheered "Let's win that trophy." Roxy walked up to the building and waited for its response.

The house rumbled, and instead of a door, the ground just opened up below timbergray and Victoria, dropping down on a lower level. There were two doors, in a "Y" angle... "The door to the left, or the door to the right is yours to decide. Through the maze you must go. At the end two of gold awaits you"

Timbergray glanced at Roxy. Did we just get dumped? By a house? She smiled once to show she was kidding. Not used to houses having a maze in their basement, nor an outdoor entrance, but oh well. I say we go right, if it's a simply-connected maze, we'll find out way out by always going right. But which way do you want to go?

Taking the door on the right, the two of you head in together, only to find it's a dark room. It's hard to see anything.

Roxy stumbles un the dark and trips over what she thinks to be a stick so che grabs it and tries to create a fire so they can see where they are at.

Timbergray followed Roxy into the room, nearly tripping over her when she trips.
Ugh, why does it have to be so dark! As if in response, timber's necklace starts to glow faintly. She pauses and looks down at it. Oh, sure, now you show up. She grumbles to herself.
She looks over to where she can faintly see the outline of Roxy from the pendent's glow. I suppose this might be a totally awkward time to mention the poltergeist that tends to follow me around. Sometimes if I ask for things, he'll find a way to get them to me. She takes a deep breath and speaks clearly and loudly, What we really need is a good source of light! That would be very helpful in this place!
More confident that they'll find something sooner rather than later now, timber walks confidently deeper into the dark room.

The 'stick' Victoria had grabbed was really a stone shaped like a walking stick, only visible now with the glow with timbergray's necklace. After a moment the house seemed to groan and tremble for a moment as if struggling against something, but moments later the room lit up. revealing everything inside was stone. The only non-smooth object that was in the room was the stone-walking-stick that Victoria now held. It must be a puzzle of some sort for you to figure out...
Timbergray looks over at the stick. Do you suppose we use it to move things, or rotate the room or something?
Roxy looked at Timber "I have no idea, lets just try moving things around and seeing what happens"

Starting to explore the room, you soon find 3 notches in the floor near one wall, that looks like the base of your new stone-walking stick will fit into. There are no symbols, only the three holes.
Kazaal stepped through the door, not knowing what to expect. This world seemed to make very little sense at times to him, and this seemed like this would be one of those times. Still, he couldn't help but question how everything knew his name. The canine creatures Sage explained knew his name, and now this building, what should have been an inanimate object but wasn't, also knew his name. Ridding himself of this irksome thought, he glanced about the room.
Timbergray examined the holes cluelessly. Uh, I guess we put the stick in one of these and see if it can move?

The door Kazaal entered slammed shut behind him, not permitting him to leave--at least through that way. After a few moments lights went from dim to brighter illuminating a fairly empty room. There were a few different doors, each having some sort of symbol on them. One was a Leaf, another a Feather, another had a flame, and then a last one looked like a fish...
For one, Kazaal didn't jump at the door closing behind him. It seemed to be par for the course, and was probably the only thing he could predict happening in this alien place. Instead of leaping forward, he observed the room. It seemed, bar the obvious doors, seamless. After the room was scrutinized to his satisfaction, the hunter turned his attention to the doors. The flame immediately brought an image of a fiery death, and while he had no actual conformation that the images on the door related to the content behind him, he immediately discarded the flame as a choice. The fish was the next to be eliminated as the shark encounter was still fresh in his mind. Considering the two remaining doors, he eventually decided on the leaf. The feather held perhaps a bird of some sort which he had to get past, but hopefully the leaf represented a forest; scenery which he found himself most comfortable. With a slight edginess that faltered his usual grace, Kazaal reached for the door with the Leaf.
Roxy looked at the notches and grab the stine like stick and tried to put the stick in one of the notches. She stuck the stick in and waited for something to happen, preparing herself for the worst.

The door opened with a shove. What gave resistance was the vines growing around it. Kazaal had been right to assume each doors markings resembled what laid behind them. But here in what could easily be described as a jungle back on earth laid ahead of Kazaal. Getting through would probably be no easy task...

The hole seemed to make a grinding clunk sound, then the next thing you knew the floor was moving. Two spaces to the right. In front of you a door appeared, but vanished during the second turn!

Taking the stick and placeing it into the second hole, the room starts to turn once more. Once, Twice... Three times, there's the door! Oh Darn! It turned another TWO times!
Two times? Timbergray pauses to consider, then puts the stick back into the first hole.

Putting the stick in the first hole, the room turns once, then twice, and it stopped, the door in front of you.
Finally having a door to go through, you venture to the next room, this one makes you think someone threw jigsaw puzzle pieces onto all of the walls. It's colorful at least. But you don't happen to notice any doors...
But you do notice, the jigsaw pieces seem to be color themed, and there's some in place that look like they don't belong..
Taking another moment to observe his new surroundings, Kazaal looked at all the flora surrounding. It seemed particularly dense on foot, but if he could keep above the undergrowth, perhaps he'd get somewhere. Finding the closest branch, Kazaal started climbing.

As Kazaal climbed the forestation seemed to lighten up and more light reached him and his surroundings. When at the top it showed a very large room--or at least seemed like a large room--and all around was forest. Beyond however were two mountains, leading to what looked like a path between them.
timbergray looks around, not certain if it's alright, and tries to pick up the pieces that look out of place and try to find a place where they look right.
Roxy helps Timber sort the peices then starts trying to put the correct peices together.

Taking pieces down to take them to their proper places when you got all the pieces in place the area glowed, and would turn into the door. Meaning each color has a door... Which Color do you travel through?

Once you start to open the blue door there was a flash of light, and next thing you know there is a swirling sensation. Where you get dropped seems like you're outside. Now sitting in water. It looks a lot like the lake you were at, but the difference is there's no sky, you're most definitely still inside the building.
Taking in your surroundings you fine there is no real floor, it's all water. There is a door a good five feet above the water as well, not sure how you'd ever reach it, you decide to...
Sitting in a nook between two branches, Kazaal gazed off at the mountains, eyes unfocused. There was the possibility that whatever he was looking for was somewhere on the mountains, but it seemed just as likely that the forest held the answer. Nothing around him seemed to suggest one or the other, but in the end he decided to head in the direction of the mountains, keeping an eye out for anything interesting along the way.

Heading your way to the mountains seemed to happen sooner than one would expect. Even walking at a normal pace, everything seemed to rush by even faster than expected. But either way, you now stood at the base of the mountain, looking up two tall peaks on either side, in the center was a path.
Kazaal took a moment to admire the rugged beauty of the mountains before eyeing the path between. It would take less time to travel the path than it would to traverse the mountain, and as such, that was the path he took.

Luckily for you the easy laying path had no trickery set upon it, but once you're through to the other side, it seems you're in a new 'room' it looks like the inside of a very old wooden cabin. Some of the floors look weak and unsafe, cobwebs nearly everywhere. And the dust. Lots and lots of Dust.
Roxy swam to the door that was far above her head and said "get on my shoulders, maybe you can reach it" to Timber.

Every time you attempted to reach the door your weight would only push Victoria further down into the water since the smooth wall offered no grip holds.
There was a shuddering of the house when timber even touched the bottom of the higher door, then more water emptied the room bringing you down lower. The voice of the house shuttered but spoke, "It is a puzzle my dears, Straight up, is not your answer"
"Maybe there is a button to a hidden stair case?? " Roxy said as she started to feel around for anything unusal.
Kazaal stopped momentarily, thrown off by the new environment. Feeling a sneeze come on, he did his best to contain it and not disturb the sheer amount of dust in the air and on the ground. Once he gained control of himself, he cautiously took a step forward, taking care to not rest his full weight on anything that creaked ominously.
(If there's a door, he's heading towards it. If not, then this as well.)
However, there didn't seem to be any good way forward. After finding a patch that was relatively stable, he crouched down to prod at the surrounding boards, in case some could come loose to reveal something interesting and hopefully useful.

As Kazaal knelt, what sounded like a switch getting pressed sounded through out the room. Something must of triggered something in the boards you were pressing. The floor started to rattle and shake then suddenly the floor underneath you gave way!

Roxy pressed the button and then everything seemed like it was starting to rattle. The water started draining. Soon to where the room was empty of water. There were two doors at the bottom! Do you take the one on the left, or the right?

Heading to the right you soon find yourselves in another room. Just, this one is making you feel a little uneasy--and down right sick. Everything is every which way. You're standing on the ceiling, the tables are on the walls, then on the ceiling are four doors. Just how are you suppose to get up there?
Timbergray glances around. Good thing I'm an Escher fan. She moves towards the walls to see if she can reach the tables.

When Victoria jumped, The room twisted, which had timber slam down to the new 'floor' where the tables were (Thankfully the room didn't twist the other way, am I right?). And Victoria went from being not far off the ground, to starting to fall to where timber was down by the tables!
Timber glares playfully at Roxy. I was going to try that next, but some warning would be nice. She gets up and brushes herself off, checking for damage. Nothing serious, thankfully, but she'd be feeling that in the morning! Okay, how about we try this one more time? On the count of three?
"Ok " roxy said beginning the count down with timber.

The door opens, and there before you, on a pedestal are two of the Golden Owl Trophy! Seems you made it through all the puzzles the House had in store for you!
Taking hold of your Trophy, one for each of you of course, you are teleported out of the house, and Sage jumped a bit, but smiled, standing despite the slight twinge of pain from the shark bite, "Congratulations! Well since you got the trophy, seems you can own Whooens now. We'll have to find you some!" he was quite for a moment before he looked towards the house, "If Kazaal doesn't make it out soon I'll have to teleport him out here and he'd have to try another time, I don't want to make you two wait for very long!"
"Yay!!!" Roxy cheered jumping around singing and dancing. "Lets find some Whooens!"

Yelping as the floor gave out with little warning, Kazaal tried to brace himself on the near by panels to stop his fall. However, he got nothing for his efforts except a scratch along his arm from a jagged corner. The stinging pain didn't register, however, since the darkness swallowing him as he descended took higher priority.

When Kazaal finally hit bottom he was left probably in a small daze as the dust clouded around him. When the dust started to clear it led to two doors. One on the left, and one on the right. The one on the left was on the same level you are on now, the one on the right went up a few steps first.

Kazaal landed with a rather loud thud, followed by a much quieter groan. Suddenly there was very little that didn't hurt, forcing him to take his time in getting up. With a rather sulking glare aimed towards the stairs first and the opening he fell from second, he headed towards the left door, shaking off a limp as he walked.

Going through the door, you soon found yourself in another dark room. But there was a faint glow coming from somewhere in the room. Spotting it, it was the Owl Trophy! Trying to get to it you realize the walls are nothing but mirrors leading you every which way! How do you get past the mirrors to find the real way to the owl trophy?
Frustrated, Kazaal thumped the cold mirror with the side of his fist. The numerous owls sat innocently within the glass, creasing his brow into a frown. It wasn't as if the room was circular or in any way simple in design. Then, something in the reflection caught his eye. His bow. While it probably wasn't the proper way to solve this room, he was sore and tiring quickly of the mirrors. Taking his bow in hand, he notched an arrow and aimed it at the closest mirror. Pausing before letting it loose, he lifted his aim so it would fly just above the owl's head if he were to find the real one. After all, there was no guarantee that it wasn't made of glass. Breathing out, he released the tension of the bow string.

Slowly picking your way through the mirrors seem to be working, eventually all that was left was glass on the floor, and the real trophy sitting upon a pedestal!

Sage turned and smiled, "So glad you made it! I was getting worried.. I see you all got your trophy's then, I'm so happy for all three of you" he smiled warmly.

With a sigh Sage turned, still ignoring the ache from the bite, "Well lets get to the mountain hm? I'm pretty sure Whooens are near the base. I'm not entirely sure, I don't exactly track their movements." He stated with a soft laugh, "Or we could explore here first?"

"To the Mountain it is!" he snapped his fingers and a nice fluffy scarf appeared on everyone including himself, "It gets chilly." he smiled and turned, leading the way, going slow for his own benefit, and by the look of Kazaal, for him as well.
After awhile of walking snow started to appear on the ground, since the mountain was up north. He shivered a bit but turned smiling, "Why don't you explore a little bit around here, I'm sure you could find something of interest?"
Roxy looked down and felt her snuggly blue scarf that matched her jacket. "Cute" she thought. She walked along with the group at a pace that she thought was too slow, but she realized it was necessary because everyone looked tired. When they finally got to the snow she jumped in and made a snow angel. "I never seen this stuff" roxy said still on the ground making a snow angel. "Its so fun, but its too cold " she shivered then got up to start exploring the area. Roxy looked over and saw a pine tree covered in snow she noticed that bits of snow were falling off the tree and as she got closer she saw that the tree branches were moving. "What could it be?" She thought inching closer and closer trying not to scare what ever was in the tree.

A loud screech was heard when you got to close an a large brown owl shrieked, attempting to use its talons against you to get you to back off!

Roxy threw herself to the snow dodging an almost fatal attack.

The Whooen shrieked and landed back in the tree, where a whimper was heard but the Whooen drowned it out with more shrieks.
Kazaal had eventually wandered off in a different direction, when the brown bird swooped in at Roxy. As the bird shrieked, he jumped back, bow lowered with an arrow notched. The bird retreated, but the confrontation didn't seem to be over yet, so Kazaal stood back and watched from the shadow of a snow bowed tree.

There was a Loud Crack and a snarl, and soon a mighty red beast held the Whooen in its jaws, the frightened bird flapped it's wings as it tried to get away, but the beast just tossed it to a side not caring it was injured.
The Godly Kanin ignored the others, stepping towards the trees, every step the snow melted below his feet giving way to muddy ground since there was no grass growing under the snow. He reached up into the tree, and gently took hold of something that whimpered. Pulling the baby Faelin from the tree he turned, set it down giving its head a lick then looked up, a White female with dragon fly wings, one was broken must of been injured by that whooen, hurried over soon nuzzling and licking her childs head.
The God of Flame looked to Victoria and then Kazaal, "Lower your bow, There is no more danger." He looked to the female he had bred with--but did not mate with-before returning his gaze to the archer as if able to see him from behind the tree, "You're much braver than the others here." he mused softly.

Still not quite used to the comings and goings of the Gods, Kazaal tensed as the red canine appeared. However, as the scene unfolded, he carefully released his breath and relaxed. While he stepped from behind the tree, he didn't otherwise react to the creature, bow and arrow hung loosely in his hand.

The Godly Kanin slowly looked over to Sage who eeped and twitched some, then he looked back to Kazaal, "You, I trust you would protect my....family." He looked to the female who had the pup sitting with her, then looked back to him, "I would like you to watch over them." If he accepted, the God Kanin would spend a lot of time near Kazaal.

Roxy still on the ground watched as the god threw the owl to the ground then started talking to kazaal.

Timber was quite startled by the sudden appearance of the larger god Kanin and instinctively moved away. Angry caninies made her nervous. Angry birds, on the other hand. . . . .
She approached the fallen owl, concerned about it, but also glad to be further away from the angry god. Was it still alive? Would it be okay?
The dark hunter looked over at the pair, eyeing the mother and pup respectively. The pup seemed to be trouble, proof being the situation she found herself in. However, perhaps because of that, extra guidance was needed, at least until she grew old enough to defend herself. While part of him grumbled and wondered why the father couldn't simply look after the pair himself, the larger, more logical part decided he probably had things to attend to that did not involve squirming children. "I will do my best to look after them." He acceded with a resigned nod.

The whooen let out a soft sound trying to flap away to only just flop around trembling on the ground.

Roxy went over to the owl flapping helplessly and picked it up trying to figure out what she could do to help. Even tho the owl did try to tear her to shreds she felt bad for the little guy.

The bird froze when Victoria moved near it, but when she picked it up instead of hurting it further it stared up at her before slowly fluffing out and relaxing it self.

Sage smiled warmly, "Sure, sure! Have your self a bit of fun!" He moved slowly to sit down on a rock after he brushed the snow off of it, keeping a careful eye over his 'charges'.
There was a rusting sound near by.
Timber also wanted to explore. And, emboldened by Roxy's success with the Whooen, she decided to investigate the rustling. Carefully. . . .
Roxy saw timber approaching a rustling in the trees, she didnt want her head to be taken off by another owl so she decided to looking in the bushes in the surrounding area.

timbergray chased after it, whatever it was you saw a bit of fluff dive into a small cave-looking den, but it was much to small for you to fit in! What do you do?

She then notice after picking up the item the bush next to her was rustling. She carefully went to the bush.

Taking the bottle you moved to the brush to only have a small bird jet out and fly away out of sight before you could even look at it.
Sage moved standing, clapping his hands with a soft laugh, "Come now my children Don't scare away all the wildlife"
Roxy chuckled looking at the sky to see if she could see the bird but it was long gone. She then went walking around looking for more goodies when her foot fell deeper in the snow. She try tugging but it didnt want to come out. Roxy then started using her hands to dig out her foot . When she finally got her foot out she looked in the hole and it was actually a burrow. Roxy looked to Sage and ask him what might live in there.

Sage looked over, and soon appeared beside Victoria, hovering over her shoulder looking down, "Well There are many types of Kanins, and then all the different Animal pets that Kanins can own. This particular burrow? I've no idea! But it looks like it's been empty or the snow probably wouldn't of been over it." He patted her shoulder, before landing gently on the ground at a side, a slight twinge but he ignored it. Really sharks were evil! He sighed, looking over to her and smiled, "Well, What do you think it might be? If you could guess.. Maybe I can summon one for you~"
"Could it be a rabbit type creature?" roxy said not eeally knowing the kanin names for the animals.
After collecting his thoughts, Kazaal joined the girls in searching around the scenery. The landscape itself was picturesque in its own way with the snow covering everything in site. It was easy to tell where they had already been, and as such Kazaal wandered off in a direction where the snow lay untouched.

Sage tilted his head, "well that describes it quite well, I guess it might be related to this, rabbit thing." he smiled, He moved a hand and one of the small furry animals appeared in his hands, "We call them a Bunnox, Aren't they so cute?" He let a finger gently rub the nose that what Sage didn't know resembled more of the earthen Fox.

Timber stared down at the den for a while. It was never a good idea to follow an unknown animal into it's den. Not that she could have fit even if she wanted to! Instead she knelt beside the den entrance and made some soft noises she often used to call her pets to her back home. Maybe it would help tell the creature she meant it no harm.
"Awe it is kindof cute" Roxy said staring at the wierd bunny creature.
A sharp hunter's eye caught the paw prints standing out in untouched snow. He couldn't quite tell when the last snowfall had been - he wasn't as experienced with wintry hunting - and therefore found it hard to judge when the animal passed through. However, it couldn't have been too long ago unless this area was sparsely traveled by land animals, judging by the lack of tracks surrounding. With that in mind, he followed after them, taking care to step as light as possible to keep from sinking too far into the snow and wasting energy.

As Kazaal ventured forth, a warning growl was released, but what gave it was unnoticed--at least for now. A moment more and Kazaal could see a slight twitch in the snow, and soon Eyes. There were Eyes staring at him from where the figure was crouched low in the snow..

It watches you for a few moments, but then a voice, "What is that you carry?" The Bunnox Kanin finally proved it's like the other Kanins--able to speak.
Timber gasped in surprise when she saw the creature that had been hiding in the den. Oh, my goodness, you're gorgeous! What's a pretty thing like you doing hiding in a den like this? You're not hurt, are you, beautiful?
It was perhaps a little longer than necessary before Kazaal responded, blinking at the creature that could apparently... Talk. Even the strangest thing back on Secundi seemed quotidian when compared to this world. "It's a bow." He eventually got out.

It nodded slowly, "I am okay, this scar is very old." was spoken softly, as it watched her, slowly stepping forward and coming to sit, it leaned up on back paws so a front paw could touch timbers face, "What are you? I've never seen anything quite like you... "

The creature gave a faint tilt of it's head, but still didn't move any closer, "What is a bow for?" he asked in curiosity, slowly creeping forward the slightest bit.
"A bow can be used for many things. It's most often used for killing, though." Kazaal explained, leaning his back against the nearest tree. A calculating gleam entered his eye as he wondered if the animal would be afraid or not. In this world it seemed impossible to predict anything, after all.

The White Bunnox frowned watching him, "Hopefully for just hunting to feed yourself?" he asked, meaningless killing was pointless.
"I can keep him!! yay" she picked up the little bunnox and cuddled it.
Kazaal shrugged. Many people used bows for much more nefarious reasons. "It's not always that simple. There are those who hunt to feed, hunt to sell, hunt for bragging rights, hunt for the challenge... A bow can be used in war, too. A bow and a quiver of arrows in the right hands can kill a man before he is aware of the danger." While he spoke, his eyes unfocused and his free hand slid across the arched wood in an absent minded fashion.

Sage smiled letting her take the Bunnox, turning to look for the others, not taking long to know where they were, "Lets get everyone gathered up so we can move on! Would you like to fetch timber or Kazaal?"

Sage gave Victoria a nod smiling as he moved, letting his ability to sense her location to head in that direction. When they arrived he smiled, and decided to give her a moment with getting the Bunnox.

A glance showed the mountain towering above through the trees. "To the peak, I suppose." He mused, realizing that Sage didn't specify any further than 'the mountain.' With that thought in mind, he began retracing his steps through the snow.
Timber smiled at the little creature. I'm a human. And I'm sure I'm pretty funny looking. I came to your world through a portal. I've been exploring with a few others. What are you? You look different from the other Kanins we've seen so far.

Timber smiled as she watched the little Kanin's tail wiggle. Well, you're just the friendliest Kanin I've met! I'm going to be sad when Sage sneaks over here and tells me we have to go. She looked at the Bunnox slyly. Unless, that is, you felt like joining an adventure with an alien from a different world?

Sage rose a brow, having a feeling being called a 'devil' was a bad thing when it came to these earthlings. But he shrugged, and turned heading to where he sensed Kazaal, once finding him he smiled, "I see you all made a Bunnox friend, good for you all! Well, we ready to continue up the mountain, or do you want to head back to somewhere else, like back to the lake, or to the meadow, or hey, we could even visit the dark forest." he smiled, leaving it up to the group.
Kazaal sensed that the last option was probably added to entice the sense of adventure in the group, but he felt irony as he would most likely be perfectly at home in any forest, regardless whether it was 'dark' or not. It didn't hold nearly as much of a lure as it might have for the other two. With his own bias in mind, he once again left the decision to the two girls. If there was a disagreement, he would make a choice, but he would cross that bridge if and when he came to it.
We were already on the way up the mountain so we might as well continue Roxy thought. She then said " lets continue up "
Timber smiled. I like forests as much as the next city shut-in, but we're already on the mountain. . . . She laughed. Sage, why do you always give us the hardest choices! Could we maybe finish on the mountain now and go back to the forest after that?

As they were traveling upwards and onwards, Sage felt a sinking feeling in his gut, and eventually brought the group to a stop as he looked around... "Something's not right."
As soon as the words escaped his mouth the sky darkened and a red portal--unlike the blue ones you used to cross over to the Kanin world--opened up and out stepped...

"Oh gosh, you really did it Xera!" Another figure stepped through the portal, wringing her hands together.
Xera, roller her eyes, "Hush Cita! We're going to run the adventure now! That was the whole point!" She grinned looking back to the group, "What are you guys after?" She asked bluntly.
Kazaal, not one to take kindly at the very sudden, very unexpected event, glared at the two who appeared and said nothing. While he had no real attachment to Sage, the disrespectful manner in which the dark girl addressed him made his lip curl into a light sneer. Why on earth this 'Xera' thought the Secundians would simply follow her, someone they had never seen before, was something the hunter didn't understand. Her question went unanswered.

Xera rolled her eyes, "Oh come on.. Anyone can guide you around, it's not rocket science!"
"Xera, don't be so mean... They don't even know us.." She was an empath, so not so surprisingly she knew what Kazaal's bit of concern was.
Xera groaned, "I'm Xera, and this is Cita... We're not blood related but we grew up as sisters. Now... What are you wanting to find? Are you wanting pets? Kanins? To just explore? What?" Really she was impatient.
Cita figited a bit, "Hey Xera... what did you do with Sage anyhow?" she was curious.
Xera chuckled, "Wouldn't you like to know."
"Actually, I am a bit curious myself." Kazaal's tone made the mountain look like a summer vacation spot in the tropics. While Xera's logic made sense on a basic level, there was also the rapport that Sage had built with the group already established and the simple fact that the newcomers were unknown variables to consider. The fact that Xera had vanished Sage without his permission also sat unwell, regardless her intentions. He wasn't quite sure what to think of Cita.
Roxy felt uneasy as the two appeared and banished Sage, the group was quite fond of him. "Who, are you two? Where did you come from? What did you do with Sage!!? " Roxy said with a kindof sass in her tone.
Timber frowned at the two and folded her arms. Push, uninformative, demanding, weak, arrogant, and altogether overbearing. She was not impressed. So, she decided to answer Dark Xera's question. I'm wanting Sage back, she told the dark girl in the same blunt manner as she'd been asked. She ignored the purple one, it was pretty clear she had no real authority.

Xera frowned, crossing her arms, "Oh come one! I can be just as fun!" But the group was adament and she groaned, "I just sent him to another dimension.. He should be just fine!"
Cita gasped a hand covering her lips, "Xera!" she scolded.
Xera groaned.. "Fiiiine." she growled a bit, black ears on her head folding back a bit. She snapped her fingers and appeared sage again--granted off guard and in the air, he hit the ground with a audible thud. "Happy?" Xera snapped.

Sage peeled himself off the ground taking longer than he normally would have to get the air that was forced out--back into his lungs. Really that shark bite took a lot out of him. He frowned looking up.. "What are you two doing?" he asked a bit angrily. Really.. He didn't even know where he had been thrown to!
Xera rolled her eyes, "Get off your high horse girly boy, I just want to host the adventure! Just because you were hand-picked to do it doesn't mean no one else wants to!"
Sage frowned, but really didn't want to have a fight--or get sent to another dimention again--when he was feeling weak as it was. So with a sigh, he looked to the group... "Do.. you mind if she just.. shows you around a little bit?" hopefully it would satisfy her and she would go back to doing whatever she normally did...
Kazaal, clearly unimpressed with the girls, just gave Sage a look. "And why should we bother following an impatient, selfish brat?"
(Hm, sorry if this is short. I don't tend to write much during dialog.)
Timber frowned. Do I mind? Yes. She's a rude and arrogant little snit and I don't like her one bit. She's made quite a terrible first impression and I imagine she's quite a nightmare to put up with in the long run, as she's hardly tolerable in the short run. Will I put up with her? Only if you actually want us to. Does she answer to the Kanins too?
She turned to Xera. And you! I don't know if you were deliberately trying to get us to not like you, but jumping in out of nowhere, hijacking our tour by kidnapping our guide, and then calling yourself fun is not exactly a way to make friends. And if you're not here to make friends, I want no part of you or your mischief. You're nothing but a bully and no one wants you here. She stood back to wait for Xera's reaction. She wasn't afraid of the dark cat-girl. The Kanin gods had made it quite clear they were keeping an eye on the travelers and wouldn't let them come to harm, even by their own devices. If this girl meant trouble, no doubt the powerful Kanins would appear once again.

Sage nodded to Kazaal and timbergray. "I don't have a why." he admitted sheepishly. Then looked back to her, "While I won't let you run it, since they don't want to... Why don't you join the tour... Maybe you can actually get along with them and perhaps make friends." he spoke to Xera.

Cita wrung her hands together, "Oh, okay..." she looked to the others and managed a weak smile, "I'm.. Cita by the way.."

Timber glared at the girl. Neither are you. But if you must follow, do it quietly. You're giving me a headache. She glanced coldly at the purple girl. Hi. And with that, she turned her back on the newcomers and followed Sage.
Roxy stood back and watched as the two lashed out on Xera's unpleasnt behavior . She wanted to be no part of the arguing and just waited for it to end. When Xera said she wanted to be the guide, Roxy then gave a frown but when Sage appeared she smiled a bit then helped Sage to his feet. When Sage spoke about letting them join the group her smile quickly became a frown... "Xera please dont cause any trouble we have been through enough as it is and we dont need you to make things worst." Roxy finally said. After that she turned to Cita to greet her, She didnt seem as reckless and crazy as her friend Xera. Roxy then turned back to the group and started heading back up the mountian.

Sage gave a faint nod, and turned, "well let's get going then." he gave a smile, and moved to catch up to Roxy so she wasn't heading up the mountain herself. He felt ready to drop yipes. But he still smiled, "So at the top, I've heard a lot of Bunnox are up there."
The two girls silently fell in behind the group. Xera was upset, and Cita was indifferent to it..
" Thats awesome!" Roxy said. " Maybe we will find some kanin " she said hopefully.

Sage smiled giving Roxy a nod, "Perhaps." As the snow got deeper as they traveled up the mountain sage started having a bit of trouble even though he was trying to hide it. Really, he didn't want to end the adventure due to some shark bite. Where his magic usually would keep him feeling warm, he had to snap his fingers letting a cloak appear around him which he couldn't help but pull closed around him. "So..." He glanced to the others, "Anyone else need one?" he asked with a soft smile.
Kazaal, eyes honed to pick out the weakest creature, frowned from his place behind the group. While the snow was draining to push through, compared to those closest to him, Sage did seem to be struggling a bit more than them. He let his mind wander on what could be causing this, ranging from a magical weakness against snow, a weaker body do to being able to perform magic and not needing as much physical strength... It felt like a pointless endeavor, but the thought process was so instinctive he let it slide. His own cloak had dried out at some point and it now hung comfortably on his shoulders, so he shook his head, refusing Sage's offer. If he looked slightly distracted, he didn't say anything.
Timber moved closer to Sage. What's up, demon boy, you seem a little slow. Need a hand?

Sage blinked, but shook his head and let her go on ahead, deciding to not stop her. Not sure how he was 'playing the hero' by not letting the adventure end, really it was what he was suppose to do, right? Exactly, had to be.
After awhile he stopped blinking, turning, "Hey, you guys all got your whooen trophy's, want to explore here?" he motioned his hand to a side, where there were some snow-covered pine trees.
Roxy was walking behing Sage when Timber had came up. She only heard a little bit of what was said but Roxy felt like Timber had a little crush on Sage. When Sage had stopped Roxy was too busy in thought, she then collided with Sage. Her bumping into Sage finally snapped her out of her trance. "Sorry" she said, looking to where Sage was pointing "Sure lets go!!!" Roxy cheered.
Kazaal didn't so much nod as he wandered off towards the pines. It'd be interesting to see what kind of bird they were looking for, but judging by the statues they had received, he guessed they resembled owls. 'I wonder if there's a task to this, too...' He mused wryly.

Sage smiled to Roxy despite her bumping into him and making him hurt. "Well, why don't you all go look around, I'll stay here on the path for now.." Honestly he didn't want to trapeze over a bunch of thick snow.
Xera moved, "I'll keep an eye on them then!" she grinned lightly.
Roxy walked off into the direction Sage had pointed too and started to examine the trees and bushes. She couldnt help but feel Xera's eyes glaring at her... So she moved off deeper into the trees.
There was a rustling in one of the trees near Victoria
Kazaal moved further into the forest, trying to put some distance between himself and his party.
On Kazaal's route there seemed to be silence until there was a rustling in a nearby brush.
Roxy heard the rustling and started walking towards it . She came close and closer to the tree til she was right there in front of it, preparing for anything .

Timber approached the trees eagerly, happy enough at the thought of seeing more birds that she was even able to ignore the fact that Xera was following them. She whistled softly between her teeth as she moved forward.

A Whooen LANDED on timbergray's head, giving her hair a tuck as it shrieked before flexing to look down at her from its perched position on her head, twisting its head to let one eye look at her.
Timber looked up awkwardly, trying to move just her eyes. It was hard to see the large bird on her head, but the tug was a good warning to be cautious. She clucked her tongue and made small cooing noises as she carefully and slowly extended one arm, hoping to coax the Whooen down on to that rather than it continuing to perch awkwardly on her head.
The whooen let out another shriek before it lifted off her head, perching on her arm to pick at her clothing there.
Roxy jumped a little but expected something to jump out at her because of what had happen last time she apporached a rustling tree. She then tried to calm down the bird and coax it in to coming closer.
The whooen cooed softly, and eventually moved to land on Victoria's arm, even at an awkward angle.
Timber smiled to herself as the owl played with her clothes. She held out her necklace for it to chew on and continued making soft cooing noises. While it was distracted with her pendent and clothes, she slowly reached up to softly stroke its chest.
Kazaal approached the bush, guard mostly down. After all, it didn't seem like the majority of the inhabitants wanted to hurt them and anything hiding in a bush couldn't be THAT big.

The Whooem made a strangled squawking sound before it landed on the ground, trembling, holding one wing out as it looked up at her, in it's wing near the fleshy-meat part was a wicked looking thorn stuck in its wing.

The bird was surely distracted beak clacking against the necklace, when its chest was pet it ruffled moving, beak lightly nipped a finger but it didn't go for blood.

A Whooen Stepped out of the brush, head tilting to look up at the one who so calmly approached its bush.

Something about the bird that revealed itself brought an amused huff. The bird was rather magnificent, and seemed to be quite aware of the fact. Kazaal crouched down in front of it; making slow, steady movements before offering his arm out against the bird's belly.

The Whooen watched him as he crouched, sitting calmly even when an arm was offered. It considered him a moment before stepping up onto the mans arm, ruffling a bit before it reached down to pick at his clothes.
Roxy looked down at the bird wondering what had happen to it. She reached down and picked it up to get a closer look and she then notice the thorn in its wing . "Ouch" she thought. She quickly but gently pulled out the thorn. "See that wasnt so bad" Roxy said to the bird.
Victoria The bird moved its wing once it was out, and soon was cooing and rubbing its head up against her.

Roxy petted the Whooen then went to look for more creatures in the snowy forest.
As Victoria explored she soon found something else was rustling, causing pause. What could that be?
Roxy stopped and turned to the rustling . She looked and this time it was a bush moving around. She bent forward and moved the bushes to see what was hiding.
When she moved the brush back, the figure inside froze, big eyes staring up at Roxy as the chest rose and fell rapidly with panicked breath.

Sage appeared over Roxy and smiled, "Well, it seems you found a Floofar." he smiled, "This is the fluffy version, they're called Floonar" He smiled warmly... "They're really skittish and shy, so move slow if you want to tame the little one~" he then vanished.
She reached out her hands slowly to pet the Floonar . She felt its heart beating fast she gently lifted the floonar and held it against her chest to calm it down. She then started to stroke it. "You are such a cute little thing"
With careful movements and a gentle hand, the Floonar slowly relaxed. Even so much it settled into Victoria's arms like it was meant to be there.

Sage appeared everyone before he had to land, he made it seem like he meant to do it though. Smiling as a hand unconsciously pulled his cloak closer. This whole injury thing was ridiculous. "If you're all ready, we can continue on, or head back down the mountain?" He's rested enough after all!

Sage sighed, but smiled, "Why don't we continue on?"

Sage nodded to the group and started leading the way back up the mountain trail. The further they went up the thinner the air got, and the heavier the snow got to be. It got to the point where Sage was actually panting a bit, but if anyone asked he'd say it was the thin air. He turned, offering a warm smile, "Well, Why don't you guys explore around here a bit?"
Are you sure you're alright? Timber asked as she turned to survey her surroundings.
Sage smiled giving a nod, "Just fine~ His voice sounded as chipper as ever.
Near timber was a rustling in some brush
Timber gave him a skeptical look, but went to investigate the rustling anyway.

After a moment's hesitation, timber decides to continue on in investigating the sound.
When timbergray stepped even closer the rustle continued and soon a bird stumbled out, trembling as it released a sound similar to a cats hiss.

Timber jumped a little when something came out of the bushes, but relaxed when she saw what it was. It hissed at her, but she just made a soft whispering whistling sound, hoping to soothe it.

The owl seemed to keep making that hissing like sound, but in short bursts, as if it were panting or something. It fluffled out its feathers, spreading its wings a bit to appear larger.
