When you go to "En Masse Signup", I usually end up entered in over 100 contests. Now, my question is this.... how many days worth of contests is that? I don't know how often I should be re-entering contests to keep on the ball, so to speak

I'm pretty sure that the contests are set up one week in advance. So if you signed up today then you will be signed up through April 6th.
