Policies/Fees etc

*While I would prefer pure breeding for the 'real' breeds, I am not going to require it.
*Hand-colored (pencils/markers) will probably need some sort of bribe (there are 3 this applies to: Yukon Gold, Estrella and Silvered Smoke... Golden Flame refuses to be bound by 'my' rules!)
*Fees - Stallions other than the 2 above are 5k SG; mares are 20k.  Fees are negotiable, of course.
*Bribes - I am open to many things, but other adoptables generally need to be something I already follow (I can add a list, if people want).  I don't really have time to follow more, unfortunately; BUT... I would really like to get my hands on a Feli munchkin someday >.>
