they are delivered because the scrolls have the unilupe stats on them. The stats help in competitions, which get you points that eventually you can turn in for items or customs

Thats the PM I sent you lol. You can request stats to be randomized or ask for certain stats. You get 10 points to dish out between the 6 stats. If you send me a PM with the link to your unilupe, the name, and the stats I can get you a scroll. They don't cost anything. They are like a cert for your unilupe.
