He seems worried, his keen eyes glancing in that direction before looking back to you. "She was determined to go exploring but hasn't returned. We're a bit shorthanded here, but the Elenaria are restless. They know it's mating season and they long to sing their duets."

It is April, and what better time for love than the beginning of spring. Due to Corlanna being away on an adventure the remaining siblings are only going to allow 1 pairing this season, so choose wisely.

Rules to Note!
Be Kind! Yelling spooks the Elenaria.

• There are a bountiful of apples, but the triplets can only sing so many songs at a time.  One courtship per user per courtship season.
• There will be a public running list in this thread of requested courtships.  Please do not edit your breeding. If you request a specific sibling to do your breeding, it may be skipped until they have time to do it.  Requesting a sibling does not guarantee they will be able to do your breeding.
• Whomever requests the triplets help in courting their Elenaria shall receive the foals. If you are using someone else's Elenaria permission must be granted. Feel free to come to your own terms about cost to use an Elenaria as a mate.
• Stallions can father up to three times. This stands even if a sugar cube is used. Mares can only bear one mating.
• If you have a mare and do not have a stallion with which to breed her fear not! There have been cases (rare but true) of mares meeting an Elenaria in the wild and coming back with child. You must have a mare to participate in a wild breeding. Green Apples cannot be used in a wild breeding.
• Siblings cannot be bred together, nor can a child be bred with its parent.
• Elenaria must have been alive for at least 1 month before they can be courted.
• Prices are listed below but items should be available in the shop! They are subject to change (but hopefully will not) as we continue learning this adoptable process and discovering which ones are the most work intensive.
• Elenaria used in OOS breedings in March are STILL ELIGIBLE for all appropriate April breeding season uses.  (For example, Kyi may still be used up to three times within this thread.)
• Elenaria need to be named in order to participate in a Courtship.

Fantasy Status

"Fantasy" is a status granted to some special few Elenaria.  These Elenaria have special restrictions on them because they always guarantee a fantasy coloured baby.

When using a Fantasy Status Elenaria, the only items you are allowed to use in breedings are those that do not guarantee or add anything into the breeding.  You still need a Red Apple in order to breed with a Fantasy Status Elenaria, but you may also use Sugar Cubes for same gender breedings.

My Little Pony (MLP) genetics means that the colors of the parents are not guaranteed to offspring; any colour may occur when using one of these Elenaria. 

Fantasy Status does not guarantee fantasy markings; there is currently nothing in the system to guarantee fantasy markings.

Red Apple – Elenaria seem to eat bushels of red apples when they are preparing to mate. This item is required for all breeding. 30k (Can use up to 2 per season).


Green Apple- Leans the offspring more heavily towards the father. 50k


Yellow Apple – Leans the offspring more heavily towards the mother. 50k


Yellow Green Apple Makes the offspring a perfect blend of the parents. 200k


Dandelion - The offspring will be a filly. 90k.


Clover – The offspring will be a colt. 100k. Currently retired.


Carrots – Gives the chance of extra offspring. (Can use up to 2 per courtship season) 125k.


Sugar Cube – Allows for same gender breeding. 150k.

Another question..  When we use items like the clover, or the green apple, do they affect all foals from the breeding (in case we get multiples) or just one per item?

Or to simplify, I plan to use two carrots in my breeding.  But I also want to have a green apple and a clover used in the breeding, but I want them used on the same foal.  What do I need to post to achieve this?
