ORE DRAKES
Ore drakes, or simply drakes, are egg-bearing creatures that are often found in large groups. They closely resemble dragons, but drakes are not predators in the traditional sense; they consume large quantities of rock and ore as the main component of their diet, and supplement this with bones, bark, and plants. Their island of origin, currently kept a secret in an effort to preserve these creatures, has very few predatory threats, and as such drakes can be found in many fantastical colors and patterns! They are roughly the size of a large housecat, although individuals can vary greatly in size!

Drakes do not possess different reproductive organs, and any two drakes can be bred together, thereby greatly increasing the possibilities of the breeding program as we work to ensure that the drake gene pool does not become too small. Any names and genders associated with drakes may be assigned by their owners - drakes are not sapient, although they are quite intelligent and may be taught tricks and simple commands.

Welcome to The Nest! There's been an exciting new discovery on Odekka, and the DEO has been hard at work making sure that the population is stable before bringing several wild eggs to Secundi! We're not entirely sure that all of the eggs are the new variety of drake, but we hope you'll still be pleased with our choices!

This event is a dice rolling game. Once Thrice per six-hour block (00:00 to 06:00, 06:00 to 12:00, 12:00 to 18:00, 18:00 to 00:00), you may roll 1d50. If your roll matches one of the eggs, you'll be taking home the ore drake once they've hatched! You may only keep one egg; if you choose to continue rolling, you forfeit your previous winning roll(s)!

Beginning at 00:00 November 12, Secundi time, you may roll three times per six-hour block!
If you roll thrice in the same post, it will be considered a set, and you will not lose an egg if you roll the correct number in the first roll. This only counts if you roll thrice in the same post!

Rolling ends when all eggs have been claimed!
