Dragocampi ♦ The Cliff House

While dragocampi are usually found in the sea, a nearby pod has sent word that they've found a strange old house on the cliff that they think is...well, abandoned. Won't you go and take a look?
You approach the strange old house. When you knock, the door opens with a loud, creaking groan. Strangely, there's nobody behind the door, and nobody visible in the foyer. The only thing visible other than cobwebs and dust is a rickety table, a large tome, and a wooden stick.

Wait...

It's not a stick! It's a wand! You blow the dust off of the book to reveal a title—but you can't read it at all. It's in some strange runic language. When you open it, you can see diagrams for wand movements, illustrated with a very careful hand, but the explanations are still in that unknown language. They seem to be as simple as drawing glyphs in the air, though. Do you dare to try your luck?
