With Wild busy, YLO offered to jump in for this holiday season. But being spread thin between several shops, FCFC will just have some simple White Elephant games for Christmas this year. It's YLO's favorite game and with all coloring done upfront, it's a great game to run during a busy season.

White Elephant
Three games of White Elephant will run this year. In each one you will be getting a new FCFC by playing the well known gift swapping game. There will be a regular White Elephant for each species (dogs and cats) PLUS a Thrifty White Elephant. All of them cost no SG to join, but for Thrifty WE you must enter one of your own FCFC as a prize (a fun alternative to regular trading)!

If signing up for Thrifty White Elephant, sent YLO a PM on Discord or Secundi with a link to the pet you're entering. This is to keep the exact prizes secret from others! By entering it in Thrifty White Elephant, you agree to keep this pet until the event ends and not otherwise trade/sell/gift it. Your entry may NOT be a completely plain pet, but must have some form of white markings and/or a pattern.

Rules & How To Play
- Games will usually start the day after signups close.
- There will be presents equal to the number of players. Each one hides a random premade.
- Player order is randomly determined at the start of the game.
- On each turn, a player can pick between opening or stealing a present.
- The game ends once all presents are opened. You keep the gift you were holding.
- If the first player never got stolen from, they get a free semi custom to make up for it.
- Games may run simultaneously. Please post in the right colors to avoid confusion!

- Once it's your turn, you will have 48 hours to respond. Otherwise, we will skip your turn for now. If it happens a second time you'll be dropped out. You will still get a present, but it will be whatever is leftover. If life happens and you wish to drop out voluntarily, just PM me to let me know. If multiple people drop out, I will randomly assign the remaining presents to those players.

- If it's your turn in a game, you do one of the following:
a. You post 'I want to open [insert present number]' in the color I assigned to that game.
- If this happens then players must wait for YLO to open it and reveal the pet. After this play continues to the next person in line who doesn't have a gift.
OR
b. You post 'I want to steal [insert present number] from [insert user]' in the color I assigned to that game.
- A gift can only get stolen three times. We will keep track of this publicly. Once it gets stolen three times it "freezes". The person who owns the frozen gift at that point will keep it.
- If someone's gift is stolen it's now immediately their turn again. They may open a new gift or steal any unfrozen gift except the one that was just stolen from them.
If someone stole from you, you can play your turn without waiting for me to say so. Of course if you open something new, you must then wait for me to reveal it before play can continue again.
