Here we specialize in rats. There will be no snakes. Snakes give me the shudders.

The use of my ratties costs: Either a baby from the litter, or some other form of payment which we can discuss. Though my ratties may not be normal by any stretch of the imagination.

My ratties only breed when their litter is grown.

No inbreeding of my rats! No line breeding either.

Um. That's about all I can think of right now. But I may add more later.
