Description Profile
Yruvian is a young unicorn stallion, who often seems to lack a serious side. Still, his first Wintersday Journey appears to have changed him. Maybe it is Calanthe's influence or the responsibility of a little one, but he seems to have matured quite a bit.

He cares deeply for little Sunbloom (the Faette), whom he considers as a little sister, and for Starwing, whom he respects. He thinks of them as his true family.

Yruvian will never stand against Starwing, who gave him a spot in his small herd when he was looking for a home. If Starwing ever has to fight to keep his position as herd leader, Yruvian will be there, to protect his friend.

He loves Calanthe with a passion and would even abandon home and herd to aid her. He will always be rather protective about their son Shadow Myth, because in him, he sees the mare he loves above all else.

Even though Yruvian is usually willing to accept new members without hesitation, he has also shown a darker side during the Tournament, in attacking Rune without any trace of his usual self-restraint. This may be attributed to his fear and worry about the fate of those he loves should the Field Faes lose the right to stay in their homeland.

History
Yruvian was run out of his birth-herd by his own father, who didn't want to keep any possible rivals around. He joined Starwing's herd soon after. His early past may be part of the reason he severely dislikes any of the Eastern Herders, who seem to have come to drive the Field Fae away from their beloved home.

During the Wintersday Journey, he fell deeply in love with Calanthe and they had a son, Shadow Myth. Yruvian feels he will never be able to love anyone the way he loves the dark mare.

After the expansion of Starwing's herd, Yruvian has become one of its leading members. He has fought for the lives of his friends and for the Fields they have lived on all of their lives and he will do it again, without hesitation.

Like Chaos Angel, Yruvian has silently decided to learn more about his own element, even though he doesn't believe in its usefulness in a fight.

Breeding and Romance
Yruvian and Ember's Calanthe have fallen deeply in love during the Wintersday Journey 2007.

They have been mated for life and their love has come to life in the person of Shadow Myth, their firstborn son.
